This store has really made a very positive and noticeable all around pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. The management at this store over the years has had its ups in downs in my opinion the way it was being managed which included things like attitudes , messy at times, easy managed issues being handled the wrong way by different employees having negative outcomes leaving the customer annoyed or upset. I actually just stopped going in all for a good year and a half because it had become rather lousy is a sense. So in the last year or little over I have noticed some rather remarkable changes with new management coming in ( Scarlet and John are the two I have met) and keeping the store very neat, pleasurable, friendly, helpful, basically a group of great people working there. So 5 stars awarded for for such an awesome store this has once again become for me and others I know.
Sending my THANKS TO THIS LOCATION AND ITS CREW FOR A WONDERFUL JOB! KEEP IT UP! THANK YOU!!!!

Came to drop off something at 8:11pm on the weekday. The worker came outside to tell me they close at 8pm took my stuff and threw the receipt in my face. She could have just left the bag outside for the morning people to take it in. That worker needs to be fired for her attitude. I have come to this goodwill since it first opened and this is the first interaction where I have been treated disrespectfully. Never coming again !

It was my first experience at HolcombBridge Goodwill store! David, Halyna and Oksana assisted me with such great professionalism and care. The store very clean and well-organized, and I was really surprised by the variety and quality of items available. It's a great place to find affordable treasures while also supporting a meaningful mission in the community. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been a customer at this store for three years, and I rarely see this person in the store. But every time I do, I love the way she does her job. She's always organized, putting things in order, and cleaning the area where she's working. I saw her today, and as always, she's very kind to customers. I think her name is Desire. I love this store, its staff, and the things it has. Keep it up.

2 stars because I did find 2 beautiful lamps. 0 stars for an employee that rung up my merchandise. He tells me to tap my card, I say, "I can't, it's a chip." An error appeared on the screen. He snatches the card out & re-inserts it. Needless to say, I learned later that I was charged twice for that transaction. I know what type of card I have.
My bank wants me to try and rectify the error with Goodwill 1st. I left the store a message, but I may have to go there in person. Hopefully I won't have to deal with that same guy.

I mostly go here for books and arts/crafts supplies. Hardcover books are $2.92 plus tax. Not a lot of nature books I look for typically. Most of the hard cover books here are cookbooks. My issue is that they charge $1.09 plus tax or whatever the item price, they set it as if it’s already taxed price but they charge tax on top of that! A lot of items are higher than $store for the same or same quality item! I’ve even seen original prove sticker from Ollies etc that’s lower than GW sticker prices ce. These thrift stores have figured out that crafters are looking for items to use in their art and jacked up prices. While I’ve found many items for such a purpose, not all prices are justified. Everyone these days uses inflation as the excuse. But GW is selling items donated by others. It’s not like they’re buying them nor or they giving pay raises to their employees. I like supporting such business that helps people get a job. Hope they get more/better book selection.

Devin was so amazing! I was on the phone and lost track of time I didn’t realize I was the last person shopping and they were closing however Devin was so sweet about it because I had a piece of furniture I had grabbed the ticket for so she helped get that to the front and of course it is POURING RAIN I got some furniture and A LOT of glass and picture frames! So needless to say I needed to be cautious.. Devin wrapped everything so nicely and even helped me push it to the front she waiting for me at the door while I went and grabbed my car she even started to help me unload I told her it was okay I was quick and she grabbed my cart! Outstanding HANDS ON customer service goes a long way. I promised I’d scan the receipt for the review (I hope it just took you to google because I lost my receipt ?♀️)
Thanks again ?????!

The five stars is really about the staff and what they can not change. The only complaint I ever have about the staff is that sometimes they don't ask if i'm a senior and sometimes I forget to tell them that I am. ? I think it's pretty obvious especially since i'm shopping on the senior day. There are some regular people who I assume are pickers who go through the racks And dump clothes off their hangers , either completely or just on one side , which makes it very difficult to go through the clothes. I get that these people are regular customers but at the same time. That also means the staff have a nose who they are and should say something. For some reason there is hardly ever any cookware or bakeware and that type of thing here at this store. I don't know if they send it some other place else or what. It seems like they're sending pretty much all jewelry and Name brand and designer items that are donated to that central location that handles the web traffic now.I know they have to pay staff , but in general the prices are getting higher and I really think it's too much. a good kohl's sale We'll often beat them out not to mention target or Walmart. This is really my favorite good. Will to shop at on the north side. The things that bother me really are not an issue with the staff so much as goodwill policy. I want distress again I think the staff here is great.

Fairly clean and organized, but even 3 years post-COVID, they still haven't reopened the fitting rooms. How do they expect people to shop for clothes without trying anything on? They allow a 2-week return policy and store credit for returns, but that's much more of a hassle than just reopening the dressing rooms and letting people try on clothes in the store!
