I'm not a customer, and after the experience I just had, I wouldn't ever be. Found a set of keys on the sidewalk in San Francisco. A tag for this company was on the ring, so I called to see if I could leave a message for the owner to hopefully learn where to pick then up. I didn't want their number, just a heads up it was dropped off at a local restaurant. They wouldn't help at all! "I guess if an apartment is nearby you could drop it off there" was the most "helpful" thing they uttered. Fun fact, this was in a major tourist area. Imagine being a client of theirs and learning they could have helped facilitate getting your keys back but HandyTrac couldn't be bothered.
