We had an amazing experience with Happy Tails. They watched our dog for 6 days while we were on vacation, visiting 4 times each day. Holly and Breyona were excellent sitters, sending detailed updates of what they did right after each visit including pictures. The whole process was easy and professional from booking the days and times to the initial meet and greet to the actual visits. Pricing was also, in my opinion, reasonable and affordable with each visit getting at least 30 minutes of attention to our dog. We were very nervous going into it given we had never left our dog home alone for that amount of time, but were quickly put at ease with the care we saw she was receiving. Thanks Happy Tails and we look forward to using your service again!

We have been using Happy Tails for years now, and we are super pleased with their services. Katrina and Russ are always so accommodating, and our Bichon is always happy to see them. Russ is usually our sitter, and he goes on walks, checks for mail/packages, and we look forward to the pics/updates during visits. I have highly recommended Happy Tails in the past and will continue to do so in the future; you will be very pleased!

Extremely happy with all aspects of Happy Tails! They do an amazing job. Janet and Kelsie have been phenomenal cat sitters. The indoor/outdoor cats aren't often around but they looked for the cats to send proof of life photos as well as photos of clean litterboxes and full food bowls. The experience made being away from home all the more comforting to know the pets and house were in great hands. I highly recommend Happy Tails. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

I have two cats and Happy Tails watches them when I'm out of town. I'm a nervous cat parent and 10/10 they cater to my anxious brain.

Alana was phenomenal with our boisterous Labrador on our 10 day trip out of the country. She went above and beyond to make sure our girl was happy and comfortable. 10/10 recommend :-)

We used Happy Tails for the first time this week. They were wonderful. We had Amy Williams as our Pet Sitter, she was so comfortable with 3 doodles, she was a pro. Our doodles loved her. Amy went above and beyond this week. Thank you Amy. I can't wait for you to keep our dogs again.

I’ve used Happy Tails twice for a couple of big trips I have taken over the last year. I have had both Sophie and Cathy and both were AMAZING with my animals. They have shown my animals so much love, like they were their own. It’s nice to have a great service close to home where I know my animals (and home) will be well taken care of!

I called with the intent of getting our dog into the daycare while we were in town and staying in a hotel so that our dog could have a somewhere to be and someone to be with while we were participating in different activities.I gave the low rating because I left a lengthy voicemail and tried to reach out to them multiple times and they did not respond in any way. I was disappointed because they had such great reviews and a great recommendation.

We have been using Happy Tails for the last few months and couldn’t be happier! We are so nervous when we leave our pups with anyone but when we leave them with Sophie we are extremely comfortable and stress free. Every time she comes over she sends us a bunch of videos and pictures and you can just really tell how much she loves our pups. She is so passionate about what she does and treats our dogs like they’re her own. If you’re in the Alpharetta area and need a pet sitter I would 100% recommend coming to Happy Tails and asking for Sophie Carter!!! ❤️

I've been using Happy Tails for weekly M-F dog walking for over a year now. My dog walker (Deanna) sends me a photo & text update every day to let me know how it went. Everyone at Happy Tails is so friendly and communicative. They are also very accommodating to any last minute needs I may have. I needed a company that would be reliable and consistent and they have done an amazing job. They always communicate with me if a back-up walker is going to be walking my dogs on any given day. Their prices are also very reasonable.

I’ve been using Happy Tails for 7 years now and it’s been the best pet sitting experience that I’ve ever had. We’ve been lucky enough to have Caroline watch my dogs for various trips over the years and we love her like family. The dogs get so excited to see her because she truly loves them and it’s so evident in every way. She goes above and beyond to walk them or play their favorite fetch game and gives them lots of love. She is such a gentle and loving soul my dogs loved her immediately. There has been no task too complicated for her. Over the years my dogs have had different illnesses and no matter what the challenge Caroline has always been able to adapt and care for my babies exactly as I would. She’s been such a blessing to us. Happy Tails is truly the best pet sitting service in North Georgia!

I found Happy Tails by chance after I moved in the Alpharetta area. We have a special needs kitty who needs meds 3 times a day. We normally have a flex schedule and can work from home sometimes but when we travel it's a major issue. Not since we found Happy Tails. Cathy was the pet sitter assigned to us when we went on a week long trip and we trust her with our furbabies fully ever since. She is absolutely amazing and the fact that she's a vet tech and was comfortable giving our special needs kitty his liquid meds is a major plus. Plus, she also plays with our cats and she loves on them and she's just so delightful. You can tell she loves animals. Katrina, the owner, is also amazing and always tries to find a solution for us even when we contact them last min. They're wonderful to work with and I'd recommend them any day. :)
