I picked up a rental yesterday. I have never seen a dirty car like the one they gave me. I didn't have to go back and ask for another one, so now I have to go amd wash it.
Shame on them.

Im from cleveland recently we moved to Atlanta. This is my first experience from Hertz atlanta at Roswell location.
I lost my Drivers license in the car while dropping off the car.I have searched vigorously inside the car but couldn't find it and thought i lost it. Surprisingly I have received a call from Ronald from hertz and he is the guy who helps me everytime in need.I want to heartfully thank him once again so very much.I suggest this place very much!!đ

They were they at 8 am when they opened. Easy pickup. Drove to Nashville. Easy drop-off location in the middle of downtown.

7/3/ 2025 Terrible service. Ignore ringing phone call.
7/14 /2025 Update. They still haven't picked up the car from the collision center and just charged me 283$. Do not use this company! When I finally got an answer they avoided they didn't have capacity to pick up any cars. If you are in a similar situation you are in trouble. I would suggest filling a complaint with the better business bureau
7/15/2025 Via my insurance company they approved an extension without my consent or signature. Still no contact

This is my preferred location, ever since Enterprise became so expensive. It's been at least a 20% savings since I switched.
I've gotten to know Brandon after several rentals and he's fantastic. Super quick check out as always and I deeply appreciate the key Dropbox, so that I don't have to fight traffic before the store closes.

Since I been Renting at the Roswell Holcomb bridge location. I never have no problems, the staff there are very friendly, respectful, understandings go on beyond to find you a car.

I was definitely scammed here I am being charged toll fees when I did not go thru a toll. They are not cleaning the cars good. Dog hair all inside the dirty car.

Reserved SUV, got exactly what I wanted. In and out in 5 minutes, and 2 associates were friendly!

Bait & switch again! Reserved an SUV (I even called and confirmed) then was given a mini-van and told it was âan upgrade.â Also, they wonât take bank card issued visas that have a debit feature. Their machine is not able to tell the difference. It has to be a credit card-only card. Major opportunity to the car rental company that works for the customer.

The car they gave me stunk, was not clean and very dusty on the outside. The smell
Made me almost nauseous while driving. I had to keep the windows cracked. It smelled like cigarettes and tobacco. There was no consideration or care about the type of car I received. The customer service is trash and the rep who services me was unwelcoming and very short. It was odd. First and last
Time renting at this location.

I repeat do no rent any cars from this place, how was they able to charge my card come up with a whole agreement and I never ever came into that location to sign any papers I believe in America we call that fraud. I will never do bus8ness with hertz ever again

Just wanted to thank the guy that helped my wife and I this weekend. He was extremely kind and professional, found us a better option when our vehicle type wasnât available and made an accommodation to make up for any inconvenience (there was none). We appreciate your help. Thanks for everything.

Booked Tesla on the Black Friday day. But when my husband went there they are saying we donât have it right now, you can have KIA for now, and come back on Monday we will give TESLA then. So they are trying to say we are going for a vacation then we will come back from the vacation on Monday to have our booked car TESLA & then we will again go to the vacation spot. Is it a joke going on???? How ridiculous this is. All the ofc staffs the manager has no answer on it. The manager donât know how to behave how to talk with the customer. He just donât care , we have to pay the cab fare $60 for this situation and when asking about the cab fare the so call manager said that in this matter weâve to contact the IT department. This stupid hertz car rental center just ruined our vacation.They can do a simple phone call in the morning to let us know , so that we can arrange something else but they donât even care to do that also..Highly disappointed
