This H&M and their employees are worthless. They don’t know their own policies and are not helpful at all. Low quality employees of a low quality store at a low quality mall.

Customer service is horrible. Store opens at 11. 1/2 store was closed due to”cleaning up the section”. Claims sale items are final but only at this store. You can find some good deals though.

Bad customer service! I tried to talk to the manager and she refused that. Also, the customer service number that I called was asking me some irrelevant questions and at the end, she said that I didn't mention important information which I didn't know what is important for them as a customer because I don't work for H&M! what is going on with this brand?

Some cute items, but the store is filthy. I walked around and thumbed through racks for 20 min and not 1 of the 4 employees said a word to me or asked if I needed help. Retail stores like this have declined so much over the past few years as far as customer service goes.

Literally, standing in the store and watching four associates talk to each other instead of asking if I need assistance. I was not greeted either. The art of service is lost on this store.

Horrific customer service!
Waited 20 min in line at cashier to return an item which I bought online, was then told by the cashier that I could only do an exchange with something else in the store, because I was past a return date. Spend another 30 min with my kids to find something in the store to exchange it with. Waited another 20 min in line and got to another cashier who then tells me that they can’t do exchanges. I informed her that her colleague just told me that I could do an exchange and now the best - when asking the very same cashier I had talked to earlier, she now tells me that apparently she didn’t say that they do exchanges and that I had talked to her other colleague who is new and would not yet understand the return policies.. wow…

Honestly very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The cashier I had today wasn’t pleasant to work with. She seemed disassociated and like she’d rather be anywhere else. It was a simple transaction and she found a way to create a problem.

Worst customer service experience from the store manager. Asked politely about opening the dressing room, was told it was closed even though the store was open another hour. Came here straight from work to try on some pants, I told the man he was losing a lot of business, he said “that’s fine,” and then told him the company would lose my business due to his response and he again said “that’s fine.” I was going to buy 4 jeans, and am a loyal customer. I will never buy H & M again.
