I see why this store is rated 2.5. If you want to buy big box and you don't need help, by all means shop here. If you need help, go to another store. This place is run so poorly. Lots of staff. Just mismanaged.

DO NOT BUY SHAW CARPET FROM HOME DEPOT! I purchased the most expensive carpet they carried because they told me the carpet was resistant to heavy wear, (2) is highly stain resistant and (3) came with a warranty to protect the company against issues. We followed the rules of the warranty and noticed certain stains on the carpet that could not be removed. I filed a warranty claim but it was completely denied..

This location is great. I usually get approached by friendly staff who are very helpful. I like to visit this store as it best represents Home Depot as a company.

April 2017 I bought an air conditioner unit with ARS using my Home Depot financing. I will admit that based on how much I paid I thought I was getting a new heating and cooling system. When they first did the installation they damaged a door frame in my house and said they would return to fix it. Needless to say after a couple of weeks I had to call them to fix the door frame. 3 years into having the unit I started to have issues. First there was an issue with the blow motor which was covered by warranty. Then a couple of months later there was an issue with the system leaking freon which was not covered by warranty. Then there was an issue with the condenser coil. Then there was an issue with it being low on freon again. Then the said it was an issue with the indoor coil. Then the system started to have issues again in 2022. When I called about the issue I was told I needed to call the manufacturer. Finally I decided to call 2 other local technicians to get a second and third opinion on the unit that I was sold. It turned out the reason why I was having issues in the first place was because the air conditioning unit was not compatible with the heating unit. In the end I had to buy a new heating and air unit which ended up costing less that the air conditioning unit that was sold to me by ARS. This has taught me not to trust any contractor through Home Depot. I feel like the home depot contracts upcharge you when you are using the home depot financing.

Home Depot saves my family’s Christmas vibe :) Late owl me needed a good fir tree. I was going to find just a heap of needles, but they still have a lot of Fraser Firs, Canaan Firs, and other kinds, short needles, medium needles, $80 for 7-8’, many 5 ft cheaper, and up to 9 ft-ish for $130-200 something. Come and see! :)The store employee was very helpful with packing.

Disastrous Delivery and Installation ExperienceI recently had the misfortune of purchasing a washer and dryer from The Home Depot, and the overall experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The problems began when the third-party delivery and installation team, contracted by The Home Depot, showed up at my doorstep. What followed was a series of unfortunate events that left me with a ruined carpet and a deep sense of frustration. The delivery personnel, who seemed to have no regard for cleanliness, dragged in red mud all over my brand-new carpet. It was not just a small smudge; it was a blatant disregard for the customer's property. Instead of offering immediate solutions or taking responsibility for their mistake, the delivery team showed indifference, leaving me to deal with the aftermath. To make matters worse, when I reached out to The Home Depot to rectify the situation, I was confronted with a convoluted and time-consuming claims process. Rather than providing a straightforward resolution, I was informed that I had to navigate through two separate third-party entities to file a claim and address the damage caused to my carpet. This not only added insult to injury but also highlighted a complete lack of accountability on the part of The Home Depot for the subpar service they outsourced.Frustrated with the bureaucracy and inconvenience imposed upon me, I decided to take matters into my own hands and opted to have the carpet cleaned at my own expense. The fact that I had to resort to this measure to rectify a problem caused by The Home Depot's chosen third-party delivery service speaks volumes about the company's customer service priorities. In summary, my experience with The Home Depot's delivery and installation service was a colossal disappointment. From the careless delivery team to the burdensome claims process, the entire ordeal was a stark reminder of the importance of reliable and accountable service providers. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with The Home Depot, especially when it comes to delivery and installation services.

I usually have a good experience at this Home Depot, but today was different. When I tried to return a large mini fridge I had bought that did not fit into my space the service was awful. . I stood in line at customer service and explained that I was not able to get it out of my car because it was too heavy and was told someone would come out and help me with it. A very nice employee got the heavy cooler out and put it in a cart. We walked inside the doors where the customer service cashier was and she said to me I needed to push it myself up back around to customer service and get back in line. I said I can't push this it's really heavy and why do I have to get back in line? They both ignored me and walked away. I waited in line again after pushing the very heavy cooler to the line. I was very disappointed in the customer service not to mention it hurt my back pushing this heavy cooler around Home Depot.

Terrible service. Curbside pick up doesn't happen. You wait, then go in and wait. They always seem to be short staffed or something.

Avoid carpet ordering. I had a horrible experience that included:A miss measure that resulted in the crew pulling carpet and leaving me without carpet for 2 weeks in my bedroomThe first order has carpet going opposite directions between rooms which is badAn incomplete order where they didn't include moving furniture, removals, and it caused a freakout with the first crewThe second visit still didn't have the furniture move causing a second freakoutThe second crew only came with 2 for a 3 person jobI was asked to provide a dollyI was asked to help lift carpet up the stairs because they were short techsWe failed to lift it upstairs and had to cut itReceived 3 more seams than the quoteBecause the crew was short they had to be at my house to almost 9pm which was inconvenientI had no less than 10 calls straightening out all the problems wasting my timeEnglish was lacking and it was difficult to communicate with the techsTech requested cash to do the work not listed that should have been listed on the orderThe picture of the crew they sent did not match who actually showed upSwitched times on installDelayed installTerrible experience with carpet install. Do not recommend.

First time coming this Home Depot. This location had the size bifold doors/style I needed. I live 40 min away and my location didn’t have it; but I’m reviewing the Home Depot based on customer service. I had the Pleasure of getting help and assistance from Austin today and that has been the best experience I have EVER had. Keep in mind I’m always in Home Depot for renovations to my house and other homes.
