Horrible customer service. The associate lied about the pricing vs. online. When I saw the online pricing and how it’s way different than in store prices, I called back the very next day and was told they will not issue a refund of the brand new unused items. Avoid this business. It has a very low rating for a reason.

One of the best kids stores out there. Worth every penny! We pass these clothes down from kid to kid. They stay immaculate wash after wash and are easy to mix and match.

I didn't have a good experience at the Janie and Jack Store. I ordered a few dresses for my daughter online. Unfortunately, size 5 was too short. I went to the store to exchange to size 6. I returned one dress. But i never received the refund of the dress i returned.
