This review is for JC Penny Salon! I come here all the time to get my hair done. Made an appointment yesterday for 11, I got here early since I live over an hour away. My stylist isn’t here and the other lady acted as if she didn’t want to service me! I’m so disappointed in the service here lately!

Got our family photos here for Xmas. Our photographer was Kim and she was so amazing! The photos turned out excellent and she was patient with our newborn.

For Mitra at JCPenneyOn 2023 Black Friday, or November 24, 2023, I visited JCPenney North Point Mall at 2000 North Point Circle, Alpharetta GA 30022, I went to there just wanted to buy a white gold ring with real diamond for my 90 year old teacher.Several beautiful girls received me warmly. They spent a lot of time trying to find the product for me enthusiastically, finally, Mitra found one for me which I liked, which was enough to make me feel very satisfied.However, what moved me even more was that Mitra gave me the best price in the market for the ring I bought , because the domestic inflation is currently at a high level and the prices of goods and services are constantly rising, I never expected to buy such a beautiful product using such a cheap piece.I have never had such a wonderful service. Thank Mitra very much!

The customer service line was very long. I stayed in line for 15 - 20 minutes and only 2 people were in front of me.They also called for someone to help in curtains from downstairs...no one was there when I went upstairs. The employees were nice but if there is no one to direct you to check out, then more people will just leave.

Marcia - This lady claims herself as manager of the store. She doesn't know how to treat a customer. I thought I am the only person who got issues with her. I see a couple more reviews on her who faced same problem as me. She says "I will use my power to throw you out of this store". It this like a common word that she wants to use on her customers?? Happy store closing. I have been a customer for last 15 years. Teach Marcia on customer etiquette or start loosing customer. I really say that she should learn some ethics from her sub-ordinates

I ordered shoes online, assuming, like with most competitive online companies these days, that I could initiate an easy and quick return. Not so. You pay for shipping and a re-stocking fee! So I decided to drive 30+ minutes to return to the store. Do you know how few JCPs there are? very few. Then I park and go to the shoe dept. "Oh, we don't do returns..you have to go to another floor and a different dept. Loonnngg story short: I wasted a lot of time and won't shop at JCP again until they change their return policy.

This JCPenney is pretty alright. The store is typically well stocked. You can definitely find some great deals here. Great place to get Big & Tall Men's Clothes.

Boring. Lots of stuff cramed up in little space. The few people working there obviously don't care about being there. So disappointing. I expect more considering the area.

If I could give negative stars I would. Marcia the "general manager" which means nothing to me or anyone else, at the Alpharetta GA location was rude, inconsiderate and unwilling to help. She clearly saw an issue where clothes were displayed in the wrong area of the women section. There was a sale/percentage sign on pretty much every clothing rack based on the style and brand but refused to honor the price of my items even though she admitted the clothes shouldn't have been there. Clearly a mistake on JCP and their staff. Marcia decided to tell me what she wasn't going to do instead of what she could do. A few dollars difference however she wanted to make it known that she wasn't going to help me. Terrible customer service!! JCP needs capable and highly trained managers in position to speak on a customer's level instead of an authorative disposition to make customers feel like their wrong and there's nothing they can do to make it right. You've lost a long time customer.

I had picked out an item for purchase on the first floor. My mother and I walked to the mall entrance door looking for a place to pay for my purchase. There was a lady at the counters and I asked where I could pay for the purse. She said the closest place was at the other side of the store going outside. I asked again if that was the closest. She said yes and continued working behind the counters. I had my mother who has to use a walker, and there was no way I was going to make her walk to the other side of the store. Left the purchase on a table nearby and walked out with my mother. POOR customer service!!
