Each time we visit the Kay Jewelers store at North Point Mall in Georgia, Bree helps us with all of our jewelry needs, whether to service pieces we've purchased before or to secure additional timeless pieces. She's meticulous, detailed, kind, and helps think outside of the box. Today she helped me purchase a gorgeous bracelet that was too large and offered to ask her manager David if the excess jewels could be made into earrings. We left extremely happy. Thank you Bree and David - we'll see you soon!

I am writing a review on this location Because I’ve had several problems with them in one visit. First, when I went to get my jewelry inspected this month. The lady helping me asked me if I could come back another day because it was Saturday. I told her I work full-time and I can’t come back another day she just needs to inspect my jewelry. Which, after she cleaned it, she forgot my bracelet in the ultrasonic cleaner. If I had not noticed my bracelet was missing, I probably would’ve walked out of the store without my bracelet. Also, that same day they changed the battery in my husband‘s watch. Which I paid for and it was fine, until I got home, and my husband realized the back of the watch was completely missing and now I’m calling the location they will not answer the phone.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. Kimia and Greta need to be “Directors” of Kay’s customer service training for their employees. For today’s purchase, I worked with Kimia. She was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I appreciated her kindness and honesty in choosing my jewelry and matching necklace chain for my pendant. As she asked questioned to make suggestions and educated me on quality and style, I didn’t feel that selling was her priority. Her demeanor made me feel safe and valued by the company. Another note I will add, is that these ladies have been at this store for some time. That makes me feel comfortable shopping here knowing that I won’t have to deal with someone new everytime I visit. Thank you Kimia! You are a true rockstar and Kay’s is the lucky one to have YOU!

Kimia at the Kay’s Jewelry in North Point mall was super kind, welcoming, and very nice. She had a calming spirit and beautiful smile. I had to visit her 3 times in the same day before I could make up my mind so I’m very grateful for her patience with me. I’m very pleased with my purchase and plan on going back to get more jewelry with Kimia’s assistance. The other two gentleman there today were also very welcoming and ready to assist. I’m a happy customer for sure.
