I had been a customer of kid to kid before. I had some luck previously but most the items look super worn. I went in today with my mom to sell stuff for the first time. First the guy working the sales counter did not really explain anything and I said this was my first time. But what set me off today is the employees and manager, they were talking badly about the stuff I had brought in and me. I had some stuff that should be donated but it was in one bag as my mom combined everything. As I’m waiting in the store, the employees I overhear talking bad about the stuff that I brought in. Some of the items they wouldn’t take fine whatever but some they would. But I did not appreciate the talking badly about me and the stuff that I brought in because it was stuff to donate versus just being like oh no, we won’t take it. As a postpartum mom the last thing you want to hear is people talking poorly about anything. The employees and manager are insensitive to things and were also ignoring my phone call when I called in to talk to a manager. I will never be back into this store or give them my business. If you are going to talk smack about people do it when they can’t hear you. And don’t purposely ignore a phone call.

Drove 1 hour to this store only to see the paper on door say closed for the season. It would be helpful to put that on your website. Wasted time and gas which is not cheap theses days.

Ive shopped in this chain store for years. I love the idea of consignment stores for kids since they grow so fast. They always say you can sell back but when you do they really give you nothing. I spent $70 on a bassinet. They offered $20 on the buy back. I asked if they could at least do $25. They refused to do 25 and then the manager Haley refused to even honor the first price of $20 all because I tried to negotiate. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years. They just lost a great customer over lack of customer service and appreciation. You can take my money but won't be fair in an offer.. that's too bad. Don't go to the Alpharetta location. Horrible horrible service.

The emotional toll it takes to give away all of your newborn baby supplies is indescribable. The staff at kid to kid were so gentle with me and paused during my entire process to hug me, hold space for me, and to remember the sweet days of having a newborn baby in my arms. This shop is something really special – let them come alongside you as you parent your child, as you clothe your babies, and as you furnish your baby gear. And as you transition year by year while you watch your child grow. What a special place. I will never forget their kindness today. Think about all the good energy awaiting you, which is attached to all these gently used items. It’s like spreading love, really.

I brought 2 bins of clothing in and stayed in store. I brought the bins in at 10:45. Checked back in at 12:10 because I saw my bins had been put back and was told I was listed as a drop off even though I was never asked that. I had stayed in the store the entire time. The girl apologized and said my buy was next and should be ready in 45 minutes. She said “feel free to go grab something to eat” I had my son with me. So we did and we came back at 1:10. Another employee told me that because I left, other people who brought things in after me were put in front of ours even though the employee never told me that. They told me it would be several more hours. I finally was texted at 3:10 saying my buy was ready was Wasted my entire day and truly wish I had donated the clothing and my time to someone in need. So disappointed in the entire process today. Took almost 4.5 hours waiting.

I absolutely love this Kid to Kid store! They always have a huge selection of good quality clothes both gently used and brand new plus toys, baby necessities, and the cutest hair accessories. The prices are super reasonable and truly help you save without sacrificing quality. I’ve been coming here for four years now, and they’ve never disappointed me. The store is always clean, well organized, and the staff are so friendly and helpful every time. I also love that you can sell or donate items here it’s such a great way to give back and declutter. Highly recommend this place to any parent!

This store is awesome! They’re stocked full of clothes with amazing prices! Angie and Hayley are the best and so sweet! I highly recommend this store to anyone that wants some good deals on the cutest clothes!

If you wanna waste your time by going up there go for it but instead, you could save gas and keep your dignity and drop the clothes off to a foster home or a church where children truly needed and need your help. Not to mention, there is a lot of racism going on there. I’ve brought my clothes several times and haven’t been offered anything for it As I am black American. So in return, I will not buy any thing from here from my children. I will not support a business like this that is prejudice.

Kid to kid is the best place to shop for babies/kids. There is such a wide variety of clothes in excellent condition. I have been shopping here for 3 decades. And you can't beat there prices haven't changed much since '99.
