This Kroger is going down fast. Walmart next door grown their organic produce section and this Kroger halved it. Now this Kroger started overcharging too and shamelessly do not want to fix it. Organic Russet potato is 3.99 for a long time and last few weeks it's scanning for 5.99. 3 weeks back I noticed it, complained to the service counter. They are refunding me the $2 every week and said it's my responsibility to remember the prices of each grocery item. I wish, I can complain to Kroger corporate or something.

This is probably one of the worst Kroger’s around. They don’t have enough smaller carts and they are never inside. They are always out of stock or low stock. It’s such a great location but it’s a shame it’s not as well stocked as other Krogers in the area.

Husband recent had a ridiculous verbally abusive and disrespectful experience at the Windward Parkway Kroger, from a older female "Manager" - SHAWN - in a red vest who clearly was not happy being stationed at the U Scan after 1030PM -- per the store closing at 11PM .. she openly scowled at and was EXTREMELY rude to my husband and 2 others who unfortunately entered the store about the same time; 10:45 .... then loudly told them all - including a disabled gentleman who came in on a motor cart and literally told her he was "disabled - " The registers be shuttin' off right at 11 O'clock - I gots to go home too "! ..(quote).. Then told husband she was watching him on a secret camera .. he laughed at her Ignorance and asked where is it ...in her enabled and entitled intelligence status mildly yelled back " I aint tellin you!" ....(quote)
all of this was reported to Kroger "Managers" from store level up through district, division and even Corporate level including the CEO himself .....guess what ? - She Still Works There .....
So he has now yanked all his company work trucks Ga$ purchases from ever being allowed going to a Kroger again; approximately 1100$ per month; then our own personal family expenses ... they clearly are gutless to lose 20,000$ per year over a palpably highly disrespectful+ *enabled employee ..Everyone we know , including a Senior District Mgr at Dollar Tree, and an actual Board Member of Macy's said they would have fired her On The Spot ....but unlike Kroger "Management" they actually have Ethics and Character + RESPECT for the customers...
No More Kroger for us ever again, and we're already successful in subsequently taking others outside our family out the door with us....this project will continue and grow in number$....**everything comes from Management - it either is Created or Allowed ** - in this particular case it is clear that Both dynamics are in play ...congrats Kroger on your level of courage + character when 'respecting' your customers.

I’ve been shopping at Kroger for quite some time to try and save money even though I prefer Publix by far. Tonight put the nail in the coffin as they say for me. Previous experiences that I’ve overlooked include rudeness, lack of registers open with long lines, poor bagging on pick up orders where items got squished, expired items on shelves to name a few. I placed a delivery order yesterday that should have been delivered today. I received a text stating the driver was 5 minutes away. Two minutes later I received a text stating my order was cancelled. After an hour trying to get answers from customer service I’m told the driver couldn’t get into my apartment complex gate. A gate code that automatically opens the gate was given in delivery instructions. There is also a call box guests can call me directly to open the gate which he did not do. The gate code given works because I went out to the gate and typed it in after this happened and it opened right up. I’m home sick and waited for this delivery all day just to pretty much be told sorry about your luck! I will gladly pay more money to avoid any of these experiences in the future by going to Publix or literally anywhere else.

Last Tuesday, l was in the line with my kids and my daughter told me that a worker walked behind me by showing his middle finger and used the elevator and l confirmed with one of the workers that only kroger workers can use that elevator. So he was a worker and l wanted to talk to the manager. The person helping me told the manager that I wanted to talk to her and the manager didn't even address me and said she had to wait because there were others in line, so I followed her but then I left because it was hard to wait with two kids and it was rude of her not to address me. This is really rude

lori is rude as hell consistently and probably needs to not work in customer service, to be honest! self-check out and check out experience here is always a nightmare.. why even have a second one if it’s never going to be open? a lot of sour grapes in the bunch here.

Everything was great about this Kroger until we ran into Linda. Very unhelpful and rude. Maybe one day when Linda is gone from this Kroger, we will shop here again but until she is gone, we will be going to Publix. Maybe dont talk about customers underneath your breath next time.

The place literally smells like rotten food. I am surprised it is still open.

Need to really pay attention when shopping here. The price tag on the item does not always ring up correct at the register. Its much higher at the register and when you find a mistake, you have to wait in line at customer service to get your money back.

Very nice staff - I was picking up several cases of water. An employee assistem me to check out at the self check-out and scanned my cases of water for me. Everything lovely until I tried to walk out the door, receipt in hand, and my cart skids to a stop and 3 "bouncers" appear wanting to see my receipt. They acted like I was stealing hundreds of dollars od steaks and not 4 cases of water. Once theysaw the reciept they released the lock on my cart this is ridiculous overkill. I will shop elsewhere going forward.

I love coming to this Kroger for all my shopping needs. The points from groceries help out a ton with gas a lot. We always have a pleasant experience, but this morning was different. An older gentleman with white hair was working the self check out on the right side of the store nearest pharmacy. Not sure who this lady was but she asked out loud if he had certain items and bags that a previous customer had left. She had long white, grayish hair. He answered that he put the items away. She confronted him on the spot and out loud berated him on the things he did wrong. Word of advice, if you need to speak to an employee, have someone else cover their shift or station so you can talk to them one on one in a private area instead of berating and embarrassing them in front of customers. Super unprofessional in every way and not the way you would treat someone at all. Props to the guy who kept nodding and didn’t say anything but I would have spoken up at some point to take the conversation elsewhere.

I'm writing to express my satisfaction with my recent shopping experience at Kroger. Here are a few things that stood out:
Wide Selection of Products: Kroger offers a great variety of products, making it a one-stop shop for all my grocery needs. I can always find what I'm looking for, from national brands to store brand options.
Convenient Location: The Kroger store I frequent is situated in a very convenient location. It's easy to get to and close to my home, which makes grocery shopping a breeze.
Helpful Staff: The staff at Kroger are consistently friendly and helpful. They're always available to answer questions, point me in the right direction of products, and offer assistance if I need it.
Overall, I've had a consistently positive experience shopping at Kroger. The wide selection, convenient location, and helpful staff make it my go-to grocery store.
