Popped in to see what I could prepare for dinner. Decided to have burgers and fries from scratch. Everything was amazing as usual

SHAME ON THEM, THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR POLICY...
On December 30th, I purchased a cookware set from Kroger, and today is January 5th. I wanted to return the cookware, but I didn't have the hard receipt. However, I had the digital receipt. After spending 3 hours at the customer service desk with Juliet , Paige and manager Nasir, they were unable to help, claiming that a hard receipt is required.
This contradicts Kroger's official policy, as stated on their official Returns Policy page, which clearly mentions that returns can be processed with a digital receipt. Additionally, they claimed that reduced or discounted items cannot be returned, which is also not mentioned in the official policy.
Despite having all the required proof, they refused to process the return, offering various excuses instead. On top of that, they spoke to us very rudely, which is unacceptable.
If your own employees don't follow official policies, make false claims, and treat customers disrespectfully, it's a shame. These individuals need to be replaced with staff who are knowledgeable about the store's policies and understand how to communicate professionally.
SHAME ON THEM...

Don’t use for grocery pick up. Anytime I have used this service I have waited at least 20 minutes in the pick up parking spot for my order to be brought out. I could’ve just done the shopping myself inside which defeats the purpose of the service. Also, any produce items are brought out are old and have to be thrown out.

For quite some time I had delivery from Kroger’s usually twice a week. It’s very helpful to have the groceries brought to me because I have trouble negotiating stairs, especially while carry heavy items. Suddenly, now the app is not working for me nor can I load my new credit card. It’s a disaster. I’m just trying to muddle through.

Kroger's quality and customer service have gone down dramatically throughout the years. Prices are no longer that great either. I find myself shopping more and more at Publix, Fresh Market and Aldis.

BUYER BEWARE !!!
bought 2 gift cards from here on 8/3/2024 and both had been compromised and their info was stolen. Kroger refuses to give my money back after multiple attempts over the pat 2 1/2 months. Im sick over this situation and am reporting this to BBB.

Discrimination in all their appearance. I came with a Ukrainian passport to grab some beer and they were so lazy … that they didn’t even looked at it and said “we are not allowed to sell alcohol to foreigners”. Great gob)

I'm done wasting my time at this store. Hire some cashiers!

Laughably poor service here. First off, this is the only Kroger that I've been to that employs locking carts as you leave. I have also seen it give false positives countless times, to the point where cashiers don't even check they just understand that it's a false positive. I have had them lock in the middle of shopping even, it's a laughably bad system.
On top of this, they have extremely incompetent managers. I went through self checkout and the machine glitched because it couldn't print the receipt, and the cashier working it wanted me to rescan all of my items and pay again. I refused and eventually she got the manager who seemed pissed off that I had the gall to not want to pay 2x the price for already inflated groceries. You were trying to steal from me, plain and simple. You wanted to charge me double because of a glitch and because you stereotype me. The older store manager here as well is also incredibly condescending.
Outside of that, you can ALWAYS find moldy fruit within a few minutes at this store. It's REALLY bad. Blackberries, blueberries, and grapes are the worst culprits and you're guaranteed to find mold there. They do not care and will be annoyed if you point it out, it's really quite disgusting. You're better off going to really any other Kroger, this store has a fancy facade but in the end the staff ruins the experience.

Pickup crew is very nice but they are literally always running HOURS behind schedule. They need to fix the system because it’s clearly not working. I keep telling myself I won’t go back but then give in due to convenience. I always regret my decision to come here. I’ll be driving elsewhere in the future.
Edit: Finally got home with my order. 3 cartons of moldy berries… thanks Kroger!!!

I started to use the store pick up because they don’t always have a cashier in the morning. I shouldn’t have to self check out for a whole cart. I’ve had to return to the store 4 times in the past 2 months because they forgot to give me a bag or 2. If you use the pick up at this location, make sure you check your receipt against the items you receive. I wonder how many other people have had missing items. This store also closes their deli very early at night.

Cashiers are friendly but the food isn't safe to eat sometimes.
Got their ready to eat sub for lunch today.. as soon as I took one bite, it tasted very odd..
I opened the sub to see the salami off colored. For sure this wasn't stored properly or past expiration.

Friendly staff. Average prices. Fresh produce, but sometimes runs out of stock.
