Refuse to let me use a Kroger card when I didn’t have mine. Employees are very unhelpful.

First time at this location and I thought the flow and design of the store was great and easy to shop. The gentleman in the bakery was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The experience turned sour however once I went to checkout. The associate at the checkout lane Ayesha was unnecessarily rude and held up the checkout process. I then needed a bag with about 10 cans in it double bagged and the bag boy just threw the bag at me. I’m not sure what’s going on with training but it seems to be that only some of the employees value customer experience and service.

The pharmacy at this Kroger is dishonest and unprofessional. They remove prescriptions without notifying patients. They also have given me the go around, and have just been flat out insane to work with. They give no information, and they gaslight you when you confront them on their mistakes and mishaps. And that term is not being used lightly.. They literally lied and told me i said something i never said and then removed my prescriptions so they weren’t refilled.
I would never go to this pharmacy after this refill, that BETTER be ready tomorrow after dealing with this circus of a place. I am passed being rude, I am pissed. I have to literally go out of town a day late because of them doing this.
Kroger needs to really look into the issues and complaints of this department and make some serious changes. The reviews I’ve seen just within the last year/few years should be enough for them to audit this place. I am truly disgusted that a pharmacy would without any notice and without any confirmation, remove my refill.
I reached out to Kroger corporate to advise them on this situation and hoping they actually take action on this serious matter and the mishandling of medications and patients accounts. Not sure what the hell any of us did to this pharmacy, but if you hate your job that much get another one.
I wish i recorded my phone conversations from yesterday and today, but hoping corporate can go back and listen back to how their pharmacist spoke to me and the lies he told. What a disgrace.
Again, i expect both of my scripts to be filled by tomorrow at 3pm as advised on the app PRIOR to the pharmacist removing the refills WITHOUT my consent. Should they not be able to fill them for some odd reason, i expect to be notified the SECOND they know they cannot fill it.
This was NOT a matter of wires being crossed, this is mishandling medication and needs to be addressed to the fullest extent.

I want to say how above and beyond these people go to meet your needs, I forgot the name of the man at the customer service counter but he went and got the MIC Lisa and she went out of her way to rearrange flowers so that I could have the roses I wanted. I sure do appreciate it!!!

Store was busy. I get it. I was asked to move to another checkout and I did. The cashier started helping the person behind me. No one came to the checkout that I was directed to initially. Management was MIA. My time is valuable and will not be shopping here again but I’m sure they don’t care.

Went in recently and one of the employees was very nice in helping me find what I was looking for. Their deals are nice as well when they aren’t out of stock.

Kroger has the best selection of groceries overall in the area.

Very dirty store and items not stocked well at all. Popped in to grab a few items thinking this location would be similar to the one near my house but it is not at all. They were out of 4 of the 10 items I stopped in for. The produce looked terrible and lacked selection. Overall, disappointed and will stick to Sprouts and the Kroger near me.

The recent checkout equipment changes and reduced staffing have combined to make the completion of every visit very frustrating and disappointing.
There may be one staffed checkout lane which inevitably has multiple customers queued up. All other self-checkout options are new, worse than the previous ones which are closed off, and have made my experience very frustrating. The smaller units are too small for my typical purchase. The longer belt unit allows you to scan a few items, then before you are finished scanning, forces you to walk to the other end of the belt and bag the items. Then, walk back and scan some more. Wow! Meanwhile there is one associate who is tasked with bagging the staffed line, and all the others.
I feel taken advantage of, and I also feel badly for the associates who have been put into this poor situation.
It is not the overworked and equally frustrated associates who are to blame. It is the management personnel which are at fault for squeezing customers and employees so they can reduce headcount and supposedly increase profit.
I'll continue to visit Starbucks at this store, purchase gift cards and get fuel points. However my regular shopping trips will be to Publix, where shopping is truly a pleasure, from beginning to end.

The best Kroger option in Alpharetta. And they just added a bunch more self checkouts. I never really have any issues here.

Shay was very courteous and helpful. The item that I was looking for was out of stock. She went to the back area to see if there was any more of this item. There was no more, so she issued me a raincheck.
Also had a pickup at the Pharmacy and Andrew treated me well. He even reminded me to use my Kroger card.
This shopping day was an excellent experience.
Sincerely,
John

Just injured my eye socket on this black, wire basket when reaching for something on a lower shelf. It should not be mid-aisle, diagonal! I asked for manager and got rolled eyes. Asked for district manager info and was denied by two “leaders” Tate, then Inessa. In fact the latter moved the rolling wire basked back to location where I hit it after it was moved out of the way. Stay away from this Kroger! If you ask for district manager info you should be given it politely. I’ll have a black eye from this just in time to leave in my honeymoon tomorrow!
