I’ve been waiting so far 1 hr 45 minutes on a walk in. Their lunch hours are posted 12-1 but I was here at 11:40. With nothing more to do, I submit my review.

Made an appointment to get my bloodwork done for college athletics 8 hours prior to my appointment time. Got here on time and ready and the lady working comes out being so rude and says “we are closing right now” when we had an appointment and the had 2 more hours of business. DO NOT COME HERE, they are very rude and my prior visit to today I had to wait almost an hour and a half.

Amazing staff. Took my daughter for lab work and they were really attentive and caring. I am very grateful and glad for our great experience.

Horrible staff! Bad attitude! No respect to the appointment you have booked weeks ago! Our appointment was for 9:00 am and we got out at 11:00 am!

Had an appointment today that was made weeks ago. Got a call saying they needed to cancel the appointment. No reason given. Now I need to schedule again and it will take weeks.

They permanently closed this location. They direct you to the cumming location, 22 minutes away. Cashier told me that the Walgreens was blindsided by this. Labcorp didn’t tell the manager or anything.

Their system crashed and they couldn't get my order (sent electronically). Phlebotomist just asked us to leave so she could meet her quota and come back with a paper order. Couldn't get another appointment for two weeks. Had to cancel an upcoming doctor's visit and reschedule to weeks out.

Be prepared to wait in excess of an hour and get jabbed multiple times. Employee needs training and some kind of accountability.

Never use this LabCorp location. I booked a Breath Test online, fasted for 12 hours, got a confirmation email twice, and showed up early for my test. The nurse came out and said they don't do Breath Tests anymore. They offered no solutions and didn't even had the courtesy to call me ahead of time to let me know they didn't offer that service. Total waste of time. Do not recommend!

The kiosk for check-in were not working, I have an appointment and it did not pop up in her computer. I have an email with the verification confirmation number and I’m still waiting. This is very poor customer service. She said if it doesn’t pop up in her computer than I have to wait like a walk in. Never coming back to this location… ever
