I'm quite disappointed to see they don't really sell jellycats here anymore. It's all been replaced with some knockoff brand i think. I'm very sad as I liked going there on my lunch break to peruse jellycats. 😔 the staff are nice, but no reason to go there without jellycats :(

Large selection of toys/games/etc. to choose from. A fun place to get lost in, looking at everything they have.

I absolutely LOVE Learning Express Alpharetta and East Cobb! The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful when looking for a birthday gift. Love that they do free wrapping! Sometimes I think I have more fun going in there than my kids!

This is the closest toy store you will get these days that will provoke wonderment in your small child like the stores of yesteryear. So many items at the level of those with short stature and even toys at the ready for immediate play. Floor to ceiling toys that run the gamut from so many different manufacturers. Floor shelves filled with so much to educate and encourage imagination. Not just a bunch of mindless cartoon characters and candy. As close as one can get to a small town store in such a densely populated area. If your child is a sponge for knowledge and has an appetite for play, this store will not disappoint. I want to point out that the staff on this day was also top tier. Help finding what we were looking for and recommendations that we were happy to receive added to our pleasant experience.

This has to be one of the best toy stores in the area! Like Kevin McAllister in Home Alone 2, I appreciate that they have toys for kids (and frankly adults) to play with. It is staffed by some of the kindest people ever! It was amazing to see all the staff interact with all the customers this morning and I really enjoyed how helpful they were with me! I like that a lot of the toys and games here are learning centric but also I love the organization and categorization as well!
One thing I wasn't aware of was that they offer complimentary wrapping for gifts! It was so beautifully wrapped and came with a bow! I really loved that added touch! Anyone in search for a cool toy or gift should definitely check this place out!

Updated response: Thank you for your reply. I checked the Learning Express website prior to coming, and it still lists your store as open today (see attached picture). I understand that you're a small business, need to complete tasks like inventory after the holiday, and that you're limited in how you get information out. It was inconvenient to discover that the store was still closed on my arrival, but the real issue for me was the way I was treated. Instead of coming to the door and simply telling me, "Sorry, the store is still closed," I was quite literally told to 'go away" by your employee. I do my best to support small businesses (even when their prices are marked up compared to big box competitors like Target/TJ Maxx), but this was an unacceptably rude way to add insult to injury. Hope you had a Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year.Went to return an item on 12/26. Sign on door said 'Closed 12/25 and 12/26 for Inventory'. Arrived at store on 12/27, door was locked and new sign saying 'Closed for Inventory' again posted. Made eye contact to one of the 5 employess inside hoping someone could explain and the girl inside pointed to sign and mouthed 'go away' to me and my two children. Manager came out and said I need to check website for hours. I will be shopping at Lakeshore moving forward. Rude and unprofessional.

Great place to shop for toys. It’s worth the extra dollar or two to see things in person vs buying online!

The employee (bigger women & dirty blonde hair) kept coming up to us and watching us look at Jellycat. I get you are trying to make sure nobody steals but don’t make it an unpleasant shopping experience.
