I changed Lens Crafters, the one in Avalon customer service is horrible specially Rashmi, she is very rude and unpolite. The one at North Point is completely different excellent customer Service.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters! As soon as I walked in, Rob took care of me right away. He adjusted my glasses perfectly in just 5 minutes. I appreciated the quick and friendly service. Highly recommend!
