Purchased a washer online and scheduled home delivery. LG clearly has lower standards for their customers by choosing to use RXO for their delivery services. I still haven’t gotten my washer after nothing but dishonesty from the delivery company. This RXO is out of Hoover, AL so beware.

We bought complete set of LG kitchen appliances for 2 new homes from Home Depot in 2020 and 2019 for over$10,000. The dishwasher, gas stove and microwave are not working and they want $400 just to send tech to look at them and repairs on top of that. No more LG for us.
