Big plug-in boxes of strong air fresheners give me nausea. The compounds create indoor air pollution, toxin, carcinogen. It's ironic a fitness/health club use such poisonous chemical for everyone to breathe in.

Great except they allow people to exercise in the sauna.

Hi. This is a public proclamation that I’m not going to continue paying $120 a month to keep getting ringworm. I wipe everything down before using (which honestly I never did at my old gyms and I’ve never had ringworm before joining this gym). Half the time the sanitizer is nowhere to be found. Idk if you need to ban the teenage boys or what but it’s gross and dumb. TYSM. If anyone knows a gym in Alpharetta for adults pls let me know.

Hardly any regular benches for dumbbell workouts, and they are always busy! I came in for one day around 6:30 am, all the benches and 1 variety of squat machine were packed… Then there would be like 50 cardio type equipment not being used… I can’t find a gym that gets this right. For 160 a month, I’m not waiting for just a basic bench to become available.

Very expensive especially if you’re not doing all the pickle ball in different things that they’re charging you for they should be different rate plans for what you do

These people are completely incompetent including the so called general manager I was told I could not be in the play area had to wait in the dark with my 2 kids more than two hours for them to “open” and then when they finally did open I was told I could not be in there with my kids even though we were the only ones there I’m not gonna leave my kids with a complete stranger the kid that was supposed to be supervising the area didn’t look older that 16 the person there was absolutely rude and disrespectful refuse to go back .

This place is like the new planet fitness commercial. They scam you with their contracts, shady trainer deals. For the price they charge you, they appear to be money grabbing. I expected a lot more from this place.

Great place. Totally worth the price. From exercising to swimming lessons, summer camps, celebrating my children birthday, wall climbing or relaxing at the pool in summer.... All of it is a five star!

This is by far the worse lifetime regarding condition. They also have 13 tvs in the cardio section and not one of them has the biggest college football game of the year, nice self awareness with your clientele

Our family of 5 has been coming now for about 8 weeks and we cannot be happier. We are of all ages and all are getting so much out of this community and we look better and feel better. Love all the coaches and trainers and classes. I love also the kids club! We are at the cafe daily also and the staff is really amazing. We cannot be happier here.

A failure to enforce the rules is leading to a level of chaos and frequent fighting between members. I am a 12 year member and have noticed a precipitous decline in standards. Aggresive, evidently homeless people are allowed to sleep on premise. Large bags liter the gym floor. People exercise in the sauna. Front desk staff is dismissive of concerns and complicit in the demise of what should be a fantastic facility.

$100 to add a member to the existing family account, just wow.
