Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Alpharetta, GA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This store is the most convenient for some, but customers report frequent solicitation outside the exit. Experiences with staff vary greatly. Some employees provide GREAT customer service and deep knowledge, showing commitment to solving difficult problems and making extra efforts. However, other customers report very limited staff for help. Some associates have been rude with an initial bad attitude, while others have provided helpful and courteous service in the end. There are also reports of employees giving absolutely pathetic and incorrect advice, with some interactions described as weird due to perceived personal issues. The store is fortunate to have some knowledgeable and committed staff, but management may need to address inconsistent customer service and employee education.
For some reason the store credit wouldn't work so I had to put it on my Lowes card, very inconvenient! However, the manager was very helpful and it was out of his control. Navigation in the aisles were good, however clearance items and pricing need to be updated and properly marked.

This is the most convenient home improvement store to me, but I'm about to start avoiding it because I can't shop there without being solicited for money from the same organization that Lowe's apparently lets set up camp right outside the exit every day.

Difficult to deliver.. long waits.. little room to maneuver.. better have your backing cap on for this one!!
