Tried to call this store for 10 mins and only once was the call answered. And when the call was answered the girl on the other end was giggling, acting like there was a phone service issue. "Hello? Hello? Is your service okay?" With continously laughter. I know it wasn't my phone cause I was just on the phone with one of my friends right before for 30 mins and no issues. Never had a been more frustrated and enraged at the lack of respect in less than 2 mins. So rude.

It was a pleasure to have Ms. Andrea assist us while we were shopping. She was a joy. Ms. Andrea offered great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it came to products sold in the store and online. We appreciated her professionalism and look forward to visiting this location again.....

Bought online and we returned but they only gave back a gift certificate! To be fair, we were "one day late" and they did full return.Good sales help but no power to over ride.

None of the employees tried helping me or anything. Stuck up workers thinking highly and overlooking at me like we are strange and don’t belong in there. Maybe because I’m not white like everyone in the store?! Yet assisting and asking everyone if they need help with something but whatever. Smh

Shopping was made easy with Andrea getting me everything that I needed during my lunch hour. She knew my sizes and what would work for my body type just by looking at me. I do not like to shop, and her energy was so calming that I had actually enjoyed it.

I just went in there this past weekend and the ladies that help in the dressing room are okay, one of them came to me because I was trying to get a bigger size and I told her size 14 or 16 but they didn't have 16 so I just asked for a 14 and she kept bringing me a 10 and an 8 and I was like really? I mean that seem like she was BODY SHAMING me there. I didn't like that and I felt pretty bummed out. So I didn't even tried on what she brought me, I put my clothes back on and got out of the dressing room and told her that I needed it something different without support, so she did helped me and we found 2 yoga bras that were close to what I was looking for and I tried them on and they felt pretty good so I bought them. I went back to tell her thank you for helping me as she was talking to another customer and she looked at me like " yeah you welcome" I don't know she seem mean but nice at the same time.

Came to shop, and the entire store smells like feet and yeast infection. I could only bear to be in there for a few minutes before leaving. Considering the floor/ retail area smelled so rancid I could only imagine the marinating stench waiting for me in the dressing room. Long story short- order online.

Sharp nail on item!!!purchased a couple items in store and came home to match it with my other clothes. While i was trying it on and adjusting the straps for the bag i bought, I felt a very sharp pain on my finger and started bleeding.I looked down and there’s literally a NAIL sticking out of the bag. Bruh.I think the employees didn’t completely remove the ring tag thing during checkout, which left a nail on the bag. And if it’s not a part of that tag, i don’t know why there needs to be such a sharp nail there.. Please be more attentive to these details because ouch that hurt and i didn’t pay for such pain!Customers if ur reading this also make sure to look after u buy anything because it would be horrendous if u have such thing on a CLOTHING!!

Really disappointed at this lululemon. I walked in. I don't normally shop there so I had to look around to find what I was looking for (no help to be found or offered). Found it, took it to the cashier who was talking and not helping. Handed her the item and asked if the item was on sale for Memorial Day. She was condescending and said if it was on sale, it would be marked and slid the item back to me. The guy next to her just smirked (hopefully that was not the manager). I said I was still going to buy it, which she seemed shocked and rang it up. I'll go back to Athleta. They were extremely helpful as soon as I walked in and even checked on me again while I was shopping. As Julia Roberts said.. big mistake, huge!! I spend A LOT of money on workout clothes.

The Peachtree Corners location fired two employees for calling the police on shoplifters. When a store does NOT call the police after a crime, it affects EVERYONE and EVERY store around them negatively. Do NOT shop here until this company enacts positive change which does not enable and condone criminal behavior.Together we can all make a positive impact in our communities by uniting together against corporations who enable criminals to thrive around us.
