Every time I visit this store (this morning included/11:30a.m.) no one is there to assist. An employee from Clinique had to come over to help me after I waited 15 mins.

I was at the mall on may 28th, going to a wedding that evening. I stopped by the mac counter and asked if there was anyone who could do my makeup, I didn't have an appointment. They graciously gave me a seat and one for my 6 year old daughter. Meghan did my makeup, she was so awesome. She was warm and friendly and did a wonderful job. I was very happy. I was complimented all throughout the wedding and even on my social media photos. As an out of towner I had a wonderful experience there. Thanks Meghan hopefully I didn't spell your name wrong lol.

Britt was AMAZINGGGGGG!!! She was super sweet, patient and informative. She was alone at the counter but made sure she gave top notch customer service. Ask for Britt when you go.

I went in and had so many questions about the best product to use on my brows and Britt was so helpful and patient. She even filled them in for me so I can see what they would look like. She is the best. I live all the way on the other side of town but I would drive 50mins to see her again.

I went to the MAC counter to get a foundation match. Hillary took very good care of my friend and myself! Each of the ladies working this night were so friendly, energetic and interactive! They answered all of our novice questions without hesitation. I don't wear make up often and was somewhat nervous but Hillary put me to ease! What a pleasant experience! Can't wait until I need something else to see the lovely ladies at the MAC counter! Thanks Hillary! Thanks Ladies!
