I visited Marshall some time ago and had an excellent experience thanks to Laís. She was attentive, friendly, and helpful, making my shopping experience very pleasant. I plan to return soon and hope to receive the same great service.

I visited this Marshalls location today and I am extremely disappointed. The cashier that was assisting me with my return was very rude. She gave me attitude as soon as I said hello…
I did not have my receipt and kindly asked if she could look up my receipt with my card. She immediately declined and refused to look it up. She stated that the line was too long and could not look up the receipt.
I understand that the line was long, but I waited for my turn to be assisted. Plus, looking up a receipt takes only a couple seconds as once my card is inserted, they scan the product and are able to look it up.
She gave me attitude, and refused to assist me. Another gentleman helped me and was able to do the transaction quickly.
Please train your associates as some don’t know how to even do the basic functions.

Yet another store which sells premium products at probably lower prices than the actual market rates. Probably these are mostly outdated models or designs or gone out of business a few years ago or something like that. They are very well organized and neatly maintained without any need to call an associate to help with things. The staff seems to be friendly and, while working, they keep checking on the customers if they need any help or assistance, which I have never seen in a long time.
The tees here are great, especially all the 2024 designs of NASCAR, GA sports teams, etc. They also have a wide range of products, including clothing, accessories, and footwear. The store's layout is easy to navigate, making it simple to find what you're looking for.
I would highly recommend this shop over the TJMax nearby as the staff seems nice and helpful. The overall shopping experience is pleasant, and the prices are unbeatable. If you're looking for a great deal on premium products, this store is definitely worth checking out. Overall, I'm impressed with the store's offerings and service, and I'll likely be back for more.

I had two items to return today and I didn’t have tag nor the receipt. I honestly bought the items literally yesterday on Saturday . Thank god the cashier who I purchased vouched and remembered me. Anyway Mrs. Tamar who at first wasn’t sure I was telling the truth, I mentioned to her which cashier helped me buy stuff on Saturday. I appreciate Mrs. Tamar made effort getting tag and returned both of the item. Thank you . I hope she gets recognized for her customer service and trying truly help. .

Found the perfect hot cold truck for my bike.... I ride my bike to work I wanted to take coffee with me. My bike was chained up in view of the store from the register, I asked a cashier if I could run out and see if it fit my cup holder before I purchased it and she could walk from the window, she said I could bring my bike inside, she literally wanted me to go out there and unlock my bike and bring it into the store I'm a clean cut middle-aged person and I told her I didn't need to steal I'm sorry I can't let you leave without paying for it. Never going in there again she was so rude

Store closes at 9:30 , buy the dressing room closes at 7:30. I had no idea and wanted to try on a couple shirts, and the lady was so rude about it like I'm supposed to know the dressing room closes 2 hours before the store. Nice selection of socks and things. Price is worth returning even if the people who work there are mean . I'm sure some of them are nice.
