Nova was beyond professional and patient. No matter how busy and it was just her in the front she greeted every customer. Hard to find customer service like these in today’s society.

Michael's has a wide variety of art and craft items. The staff is always helpful. The web site provides locations for items but those are sometimes inaccurate. Checkout is self-service but help is available, such as coupons not working. Online prices are often cheaper and online pickup is easy.
