This was my first visit to Nalley VW. Seamless online appointment scheduling, a courteous follow-up call from customer service, a great introduction and tour by Anthony, and, of course, all of the wonderful amenities offered by Nalley VW: Spacious seating accommodations, snacks such as gummies and chips, tea, Starbucks coffee ☕️, and various sweetners such as honey. A great experience.

DO NOT DO IT. I have been run around in circles by their service department that will not repair the water leak in my cargo space on a car that I purchased full warranty for. It's been over a month and they will not return my calls. Each time it rains, more and more water comes into the interior of my car causing more damage.They will not return my emails.I've contacted their service reps by phone multiple times, left their service manager voicemails and emails, and even contacted the GM. NONE of them have replied.You will purchase a warranty from VW but they will not repair anything under that warranty. Take your business elsewhere.

Silvia was excellent. She really worked hard to help us get into the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. I have to admit it was really frustrating that the manager originally wanted a large amount of money down when we had a leased vehicle with low mileage to turn in. However, Silvia really went to bat for us and got the deal done at the price we wanted.Silvia is so nice and really a pleasure to work with. When you go to Nalley VW in Roswell, you have to ask for her. She will really work hard for you.

Horrible if I could give no stars I would. It’s been a month and a half since I traded my truck to Nalley Volkswagen of Alpharetta and purchased my new 2024 Jetta. However they have yet to pay off my old vehicle and now I sit with two car notes as they stall for a buyer for my old truck. I was told my vehicle could not be paid out until “the deal was funded” well it was funded on January 11 a whole month after I purchased the new vehicle and still no payoff. It’s Jan. 21 I have called numerous times and have been lied to by several people; the finance manager Chris Phillips, the director of finance Chris Adeshina who assured me this matter would be taken care of and the funds were sent. (Which they were not) Johnny in finance who told me they sent a check when they have a direct wire with capital one. And the lobby manager who ignores my calls and tells me people are in a meeting, or this one has the flu etc. not to mention Sylvia the saleswoman whom I made the appointment from day one to purchase the car. Who doesn’t even work on the day we both agreed on a scheduled appointment. The whole sale is rooted in deception I should walked out the door the moment I walked in. Only when I threatened to report the truck stolen did I find out the next morning a payoff quote was requested from capital one from a dealership. It will be reported stolen if the matter is not taken care of immediately. This is still an ongoing issue. If you want a Volkswagen try heritage in union city! They’re great I would’ve of went there but shopping online took me to Alpharetta just because it’s an “affluent” area doesn’t make them better.

Our experience here did not start off the best but ended up beyond our expectations.When we went in the first time we were not able to get the help we needed to pick out our new vehicle. Leaving frustrated the GM John called the next day to make things right. He went above and beyond to help me get the best deal.Our sales rep Tom was wonderful to work with as well. He really went above and beyond to help us get into the car we wanted. He was very understanding and patient through the whole process.The trade in was so easy. They made it effortless. There were some issues with getting the wrong paperwork afterwards but they immediately corrected it.I would highly recommend this dealership from the amazing GM, Sales staff and finance dept. I have been with VW for 20 years and don’t plan on leaving because of these guys! Thank you for making our experience so great and helping me stay close to my budget.

overall excellent experience I tried to get the number out the door that I wanted first attempt Andrew went straight to the manager tried his best but could not get through numbers wise, after proposing my damaged trade-in Andrew and the manager made it happen. Got me the number that I needed out the door by the third negotiation attempt. Already had intentions of buying my Taos but his thoroughness and clarity as far as car specs & post ownership perks were confirmation. Came with my own check as well they did not try any schemes or tactics to get me to finance through them either. Thank you NALLEY VW for an excellent new car shopping experience

I will be totally honest with this review but will be short and sweet. I chose this dealership to purchase 2 cars in the same week due to the great customer service in the service (maintenance) department. I got 2 other VW vehicles from 2 other dealerships but made a vow my next one would be with them due to the customer service.Not sure what the issue maybe but in getting my new cars it took way too long from start to finish. The process that is. I spent what I feel is way too much time at the dealership. Mind you I’ve gotten many new cars in my life and this was the longest ever. They have to find a way to speed the process up. Other than that I love my sales agent and will always recommend them for service.

Tom was wonderful. He gave me a detailed introduction of the car I wanted to buy and was very helpful and patient during the whole process. He was very responsive with all my questions and concerns. The sales team was nice too. I’m happy to get my car from this place.

My experience at Nalley Vw has been amazing from the word go. We were looking for an electric vehicle and when we set an appointment with them, we knew it this is the pace to be ! You are pampered, cared for the entire process is made easier and to our comfort and ease! Kudos to people in sales especially Mr Yasir and Mr Isaiah ! They made us comfortable from the moment we entered the nalley showroom and till we drove off with our new id4. Mr Isaiah sat with us in car and explained everything in detail and didn’t leave till we were not comfortable and at ease with new tech of car. Mr Yasir is a great person who helped us at every stage and even to ease out details and offering us coffee at every step. Special thanks to manager and also Mr. Chris in finance for laying out everything for us to Our comfort and even accommodating our payment plan to our convenience! Thanks Nalley VW. Easy sales process. However, you should be more honest with the issues of your cars. Brand new car with an SOS issue should reduce pricing, not increase it. Leveraged our trade in vehicle as your own personal discount.

Except Chad, the rest of the people in service need basic training on customer service and how to provide it. And compared to other dealerships, overall service at Nalley needs some improvements. This is key in customer experience for post sale relationships

Dropped my car off for oil change and overall check up and after check out the account manager Robert noticed a reverse light out and initiated one of the great technicians to come out and fix it at no charge! Always appreciated the great service keeping my 2012 Passat in excellent shape. This car was gray to me during the Atlanta Ice storm years ago.

Andrew was the key to the sale. Excellent experience. The finance dept was honestly not prepared and took forever on a simple deal. Furthermore, they got the numbers all wrong and I had to catch them and correct it multiple times. Maybe having some automatic system to capture the deal correctly would help them.

My experience with Nalley Volkswagen Alpharetta has been amazing first and foremost I have to give kudos to my sales associate Jerry for selling me an amazing Volkswagen. Atlas, it has been wonderful for me to drive and also I also have to give compliments to my service manager Richard for being amazing in his job with every time I come in he gets me in and out he’s always a pleasure to talk to even during the service session. If I ever need anything he always keep me abreast on how long it’s gonna take my car to be done. My car is being worked on & now it’s about to be pulled out and driven out. Your car is cleaned up. It is always been an amazing experience every time I call, so thank you so very much for being such a great addition to my buying experience and my service experience with my vehicle.
