Love this place!! I have been working out with Kathy 2 x a week for about 6 months and am in the best shape of my life. Kathy is amazing, she individualizes the workout for what I need, even during a group workout. You will be happy you gave them a try!

Kathy is an AMAZING trainer! She knows exactly what I'm capable of doing, even when I don't think I can do it. She has pushed me and shown me that I am a strong person, mentally and physically. She provides love and encouragement while also not allowing excuses.
