Cashier Novlette is so rude and has very poor work ethic. She didn’t even greet and I asked her I want to put my phone number for the membership but she said “No, it’s too late”. No action was taken. I’m reporting this to Nordstrom rack customer service. This is not acceptable.

Anna who works at the cash register was so amazing! Made me feel like I was not just buying clothes but made me feel like I had a friend while checking out! Asked me all about my day and what my plans were! Very personal! Absolutely amazing!
