Precious and Astin were simply incredible today!! They were so kind and patient while we shopped to find an item that wasn't damaged liked the obe we brought to the register. They were courteous and so beyond helpful.We appreciated their hospitality in the store and hope to see them again! Thank you Nordstrom for having such wonderful employees!!

There is a lot of stuff packed in. I usually give up before I find anything. I like that they carry more designer brands. The merchandise is sorted and on racks but it just seems to be a chore sifting through all the stuff and a bit overwhelming. I guess the last couple years having to shop online has spoiled me. I left empty handed again.

Their customer service is the worst here. There were 2 women huddled at one register laughing at their cell phones while 8 ppl are waiting line and 1 (very lackluster) guy is actually working his register. I won't be back, bad vibe with the lazy team at this location.
