Unethical business and the rudest customer service I have ever experienced!
They charge $1 to drop off a pre-labeled USPS package for pick up-They expect cash. I have no issue or problem paying a dollar, I had a $10 & $20. The man working there said he doesn’t have change. I asked if I could use my credit card to pay the dollar. He said I have to spend a minimum of $5 and told me to buy something in the store.
He then got angry with me for saying no, I don’t want or need anything from the store. He said “well what are you going to do?” My only options were to spend $10 cash or $5 on my card to have USPS pick up my pre-labeled package. I said it was not my problem that as a business he is expecting cash and does not have correct change to give to customers and he started to get hostile. He said it IS my problem, it is not his problem 😳
Thankfully another customer walked in, heard what was happening and tried to explain to the man working there that this is wrong. When he tried to say I was being rude, the customer came to my defense saying no I didn’t hear her say anything rude, she is trying to explain to you that if there is a fee, you need to be able to provide correct change otherwise allow $1 charge to credit cards if you cannot provide change for cash. Then the guy said he would have given it to me for free if I wasn’t rude. Again the other customer tried to help, telling me he agreed with me and understood why I wouldn’t just give him $10 and said he wished he had a dollar to help me.
I took my package and said I’ll just go to the post office. I’m absolutely fine paying the $1 fee, but I will not give him $10 cash without getting $9 back, or charge my card $5. Please, save yourself the time and hassle, and go to the Post Office to drop off your USPS packages.

I recently worked with Victor from this Pak Mail location to sort out a DHL issue. Victor was willing to go above and beyond to work with me with DHL. I would not receive such positive outcome without his assistance. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Victor (owner) is super nice, detailed, and double checks to make sure he got everything right before the work is performed. They are competitively priced as well when it comes to international shipping. Nice work all the way around.

Credit card fee of 3.5% is high and would be nice if they disclosed it while you are there. Next time put the credit card receipt that shows the extra 3.5% on top of the fedex receipt that doesn't show that charge. Also, sending me away from the counter to help someone who walked in after me making me wait 10 minutes was frustrating. Had you simply answered my questions i would have been out of there in 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. Had a package to pick up and was told that it was not there. I showed them my tracking information and that it was left at front desk and someone named Victor received it. Only person there was a man who did not want to give out his name. Realized that TWO other ladies were having the SAME issue, both couldn’t find their package but had gotten messages that it had arrived to this facility. Long story short, guy at the front desk wasn’t doing anything to help any of us out with the situation, just kept saying that they were not here.. He doesn’t bother to check around more until we all just kept insisting that our packages were here and finally after maybe 30 minutes he checked again and realized that yes all three of our packages were there. Please don’t use this package facility, it is not worth it. You might end up losing a package just cause someone didn’t bother to do their job properly..

I will never come back to your location again. I’ve never had any postal service ask me to open up what I was sending because I asked for more insurance than what was recommended. I asked for $200 in insurance because my son made homemade bracelets and he was selling them for $25 each and there were a total of 8 in the package. They were all individually gift wrapped (that he spent much time on doing). The man at this location asked me to open it as it was the only way I could ship them. No way! I have never been asked to do this. He will never get our business again. Who asks someone to do this?? Ridiculous.
