Highly recommend! Victor (owner) is super nice, detailed, and double checks to make sure he got everything right before the work is performed. They are competitively priced as well when it comes to international shipping. Nice work all the way around.

Credit card fee of 3.5% is high and would be nice if they disclosed it while you are there. Next time put the credit card receipt that shows the extra 3.5% on top of the fedex receipt that doesn't show that charge. Also, sending me away from the counter to help someone who walked in after me making me wait 10 minutes was frustrating. Had you simply answered my questions i would have been out of there in 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. Had a package to pick up and was told that it was not there. I showed them my tracking information and that it was left at front desk and someone named Victor received it. Only person there was a man who did not want to give out his name. Realized that TWO other ladies were having the SAME issue, both couldn’t find their package but had gotten messages that it had arrived to this facility. Long story short, guy at the front desk wasn’t doing anything to help any of us out with the situation, just kept saying that they were not here.. He doesn’t bother to check around more until we all just kept insisting that our packages were here and finally after maybe 30 minutes he checked again and realized that yes all three of our packages were there. Please don’t use this package facility, it is not worth it. You might end up losing a package just cause someone didn’t bother to do their job properly..

I will never come back to your location again. I’ve never had any postal service ask me to open up what I was sending because I asked for more insurance than what was recommended. I asked for $200 in insurance because my son made homemade bracelets and he was selling them for $25 each and there were a total of 8 in the package. They were all individually gift wrapped (that he spent much time on doing). The man at this location asked me to open it as it was the only way I could ship them. No way! I have never been asked to do this. He will never get our business again. Who asks someone to do this?? Ridiculous.

I came here to drop off a DHL package with a pre-paid label, and the guy helping me was so kind! The package was scanned immediately, picked up by DHL the same day, and was delivered by the third day to a country halfway around the world. Would totally recommend this place!

Second time I've needed to pick up a package at this location. Worst customer service from same man working. I go by my middle name, it's on my ID, my packages are addressed to my middle name and last name. Man won't give me my package because my first name isn't on the package. Why would I have the package slip left at my address, know the package is at this facility, and come to pick it up with an ID that matches the addressee with the exception of the first name not being on it. Common man. Use common sense.

Excellent customer service. I needed to mail 3 boxes from Georgia to California, and they weighed about 50 pounds each. Victor took extra time to help me find which carrier would be the most affordable, and helped me distribute the weight among the boxes so that they would all be equal. He then recommended that we cut down the boxes so that the dimensions would be smaller and cost even less. He stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing time to help me, and saved me a ton of money!
