I walked into this restaurant today and from the moment I opened door, all I could see was filth everywhere on the floor, counters, tables. Absolutely disgusting. I walked right out. What a shame! I just wanted some red beans and rice...but that store was just unbelievable. If the restaurant is dirty everywhere, and I mean dirty, then what is going on in the kitchen?

Every single time I go to the drive thru “their system is down” or no one answers the intercom.Based off what everyone has said I’m glad I’ve never gotten food from this location.It’s not Popeyes it’s this location.

I don't expect great service at a fast food restaurant however, these people really outdid themselves. The stupidity is beyond anything I experienced.I placed my order and realized they had charged $3.50 for a fountain water!!!! Of course I thought they had made a mistake but the GM was called and he confirmed it. He told me that the $3.50 was for the medium sized cup. I asked for a small cup and he said they don't offer small cups. But... On the overhead menu small was listed. Also a bottle of water was only a $1.99. why would they charge $3.50?No wonder we were the only customers there. We got a refund and left never to go back

Generally pretty terrible. I was charged $3.50 for a fountain water since they were out of water cups. That alone is ridiculous, but a bottle of water there is $1.99.

I ordered delivery from here and they delivered to wrong address. And not answering phones or texts. I paid $20 for nothing. This place is horrible and so is DOOR Dash.

When I brought the issue to his attention, there was no sincere apology, and he failed to offer any resolution or assurance that corrective measures would be taken.This encounter has left me questioning the overall cleanliness and professionalism at this Popeyes location. I urge you to address these issues promptly and ensure that steps are taken to prevent such incidents in the future under the supervision of Manager Cameron Edwards.

Yesterday afternoon I went to pick 2 orders. Orders were given at least 15 minutes before my arrival. No body was there in the counter nor the orders were ready. I saw a person cleaning the floor inside. After saying, "hello, anybody is there" many times then a young person came & ask me. He started preparing orders, put them in in same kinds of shoppers without labels & closing the shoppers. Told me this X & this is Y.He gave me a glass & told me to fill the glass. He didn't put the straw in the order. He gave me labels after my request but not closed the shoppers.Is this normal SOP for pickup services because mostly we are having two orders to deliver. If so then it's bit difficult to distinguish the orders.Upon my request to verify the items, he said all is ok without checking.The both customers requested to verify by the restaurant & mentioned that this outlet often miss the item.

This is typical of Popeyes that I've been to in the area, the employees are very unfriendly and ignore the customers. I place the problems with this restaurant on management. If corporate doesn't do something about the franchises, they will suffer in every market. All the Popeyes in this area are poorly run, with bad tasting food and rude employees. I think that's it for my family and Popeye's. Too many choices to waste time with a company like this.Parking: Not a lot of spots, but the restaurant isn't that big either.

It's posted they are open until 10pm. We came at 9:30pm and they were closed. We came back on a Saturday around 6pm. Tried to order wings but they were out of them. Ordered mild chicken tenders and got home and found out they gave me spicy. This was our first time to Popeyes. This is a new location. Probably not going back. Very disappointed.

One word "Horrible"! For $11.65 for a 3 piece, they should wear a mask asking for those prices of serving pieces of chicken that are as small as quail. The people who work there are miserable, with no customer service. Should change logo .. Love that quail! Be a fool to spend your money there.

There was only one car ahead of us in the drive thru line. That made for a very short wait to place our order. We were told during the order that there would be a 5 minute wait. We agreed and proceeded to the window to pay and complete the order. We pulled over into the space as directed and waited for our food. After 13 minutes, someone came to bring us our order. Good thing I checked it before leaving the parking lot. 50% of the order was missing. I pulled back up to the window up request the missing items. The cashier went to gather the missing items but was challenged by someone (who was out of my line of sight). This other person was fairly insistent that my order didn't come with the things I was requesting. However, I had my receipt and bag to show otherwise. After a moment of back and forth, the cashier finally handed over my missing purchases. The food itself was just OK. Unfortunately, we had to pull over about 15 minutes later due to the effects that the food had on our tummies.

They never have anything ready!! You always have to wait on chicken. The attitude from the manager is crazy. Which is crazy to me because you don't have any customers you don't have chicken ready so why are you mad. You been seating here for 30min doing nothing. Why do you have a problem with customers coming up and ordering food, The company must not care about their business at all because. I hate to say it but all the Popeyes up north are horrible. All!!! I can't do bad customer service
