Why can’t you leave a review on the website to warn others what to NOT purchase…idk. We bought the serene couch performance everyday linen. When I tell you if ANYTHING spills, there WILL be a stain. Regardless if you blot it with a washcloth or immediately take it to the dry cleaners. The stain remains. I’m not sure what performance fabric means anymore but I can tell you it’s bologna. Also, I called customer service to report and they ended the call on me.

Kelley is a gem. Unbelievably personable and helpful. We have an entire second home to furnish and I will be going out of my way to purchase through this location due to the level of service we received from her. What more, as a business, could you ask for from a salesperson?

Look here then order online. I am confirming the poor service that people have experienced here. IF you can get the staff's attention and IF you can get someone who is attentive then I'm sure you will have a good experience. However it's clear none of the staff can multitask nor can they attend to multiple customers. If you go when they are busy you'll see. A simple , "be with you in soon" is all that would suffice for most people. However I have yet to experience that here.

They have really great furniture, rugs, etc. BUT BE WARNED. DONT ORDER ANYTHING!!!! The employees are great, so helpful. BUT THIS COMPANY SIMPLY CONNOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER. They will set delivery dates, move the dates back. CONSTANTLY. I bought $15,000+... sofas, tables, etc. The staff is so apologetic and I feel sorry for them to have to work there, but the bottom line is, their systems are royally screwed up, which causes them to provide delivery dates and that they simply can't meet. If they say 2 months, be prepared for 6-8 months. So sad. Becuase they're nice stores.

I had a very frustrating experience with the delivery of my sofa. It took 4 months to delivery 1 of the 2 sofas of my order. They made me schedule the delivery 3 times (took 30 mins to reach the delivery scheduler) and each time on the day of the delivery it was cancelled hrs before the delivery. Every time this happened I called the store several times and talked to the manager Nicole. She kept saying they knew there was a problem with deliveries and offer to talk to the District Manager, but this didn't help in any way. Never got a call back or any help from her. Unbelievable to know that a store like is so inefficient with deliveries. I will NOT buy from Pottery Barn again.

Poor quality furniture for the price. I had a $1,300 glider chair completely break and become unusable after less than 2 years of owning it. No warranty. Customer service is no help and couldn't guarantee the part they recommend would work as there was no picture or description of it. Also, that part takes 5+ months to ship.

She helped us find and create our dream couch! We can’t wait to return and work with her again for all future purchases! The manager and staff were very kind and helpful as well!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM POTTERY BARN - especially if has to be shipped or delivered!! I order 2 sofas from Pottery Barn - Avalon store in JAN 2022 and was told I would have my sofas by mid July - mid August 2022. I called the store in August to get an update.....was told it had been pushed to 10/2/2022 and that my sofas had in fact arrived at the Pottery Barn HUB/warehouse.....should be days now they said. I called back the following week to be told the HUB is backed up with unloading all the trucks at the HUB and there would be a 2-3 week delay in them being able to deliver my sofas to me. I was told I would have my sofas no later than 10/26-11/16. I called back today and was told they are STILL UNLOADING TRUCKS and they have NO idea when they will get to unloading my sofas in order to deliver them to me.....mind you I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SOFAS!!!!!!!! How can you NOT give a customer a firm delivery date!!!! Ridiculous! This will be MY LAST purchase EVER at Pottery Barn! Horrible experience and the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently the negative reviews regarding the lack of the customer service at the Pottery Barn Avalon location over the last several years did nothing to improve things because I went in there today - fully prepared to buy a sectional as I had already done my research online but wanted to see the larger fabric samples - and I had an identical experience. There was only one other customer in the store who was being helped by the person at the register to the right - and there were 3 employees talking to each other around the center desk - and another employee was at the "design" desk. No one acknowledged me despite the fact that I was walking around the store, testing out the different sofas, looking at the tags, etc. Even when I kind of hovered around the center desk - nothing - the 3 at the desk glanced up so I know they saw me - but completely ignored me. I finally walked up to the design desk and pretty much forced that employee to acknowledge me - which only got me a "do you need help with something?" along with a look that clearly said I was bothering her. I told her that I was looking at the sofas and wanted to see some of the fabrics. She might as well have rolled her eyes - I was Julie Roberts in Pretty Woman at that point - it was obvious that the woman had absolutely zero interest in helping me - so I left the store - and won't be back.

Every time I stop in here, no one greets me or offers to help until I'm ready to leave. All the associates seem unhappy to be there and only talk to each other than offering help. They just stand around and chat and ignore me as I'm walking around. This is so different from the pottery barn stores in CA where I'm from. They were definitely friendlier. Take note GA management

The ladies are so nice they are very helpful no matter what your decor styles are. They greet you when u come in and if they don’t have it in stock they will help you get your items shipped to your home. Great location and atmosphere yall go check them out you will want everything n the store lol.
