I wish i can give them ZERO star … the management crooks and they deal with everyone is a crook like them … they still holding my 12 k. … without any reason …every time i call I have to wait 30 to 40 muints to speak with someone… have bad attitude to tell me we will release your funds after 180 days … DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOW LIFE CUSTOMERS SERVICE COMPANY … It’s horrible and you will regret it… they will mess up your business…. The only thing i can think ? why they holding my money …. Maybe I’m not white .

This is a highly unfavorable experience with the processing company. We strongly advise against signing up with them. Jim Hilber misguided us into using this company for our meat processing plant, but it turned out to be a terrible and horrific decision. Despite following all of Jim's instructions to accept payments through our website, the company has shut us down and is withholding our funds for close to five months now. We have reached out to Mike G, Debbie B, Michelle W, and Mariyam Z for assistance, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. As a startup business, it is crucial that this situation is resolved promptly. We urge all readers to avoid using this processing company.

MX MERCHANT-PRIORITY PAYMENT SYSTEMS CHEATED ME OUT OF $886. Their security system was breached. I had nothing to do with it and still can't understand why this is costing me $886 when I did nothing wrong!!!! When I log in I have to get a 6 digit code on my phone to get in thru the 2 step verification: how did the criminals get in without this code? I sure didn't give it to them. I have been a customer over a decade and thru a few ownership changes and I can't believe I am being treated this way. My time has been wasted and my money has been taken without a fiar reason and no means to appeal this arbitrary decision of yours to keep $886. It was Priority-MX Merchants security that was broken into. When Debra York called and said she would work on getting the money back, I thought it was more of a formality. No one has explained why I should have to pay, where it says in the contract that you can charge me for this. I called once the account was closed and set up a new account. I will be contacting my lawyer about this matter (another waste of time and money) and will post this letter on all available social media platforms. Your decision and the way it was handled was terrible. I have now found a new processor whose fees are lower and hopefully I can save enough there to cover the cost of you screwing me over. You should be ashamed of you the way this was handled not to mention this was just bad business.

The worst service. I regret 200% and advise you all don't and never use this company. they called me September and said first month is free to try and if i don't like it I can cancel anytime. But they charged me 165$ first of October. then I called them (too long wait time) they said we didn't say first month is free. they were dishonest. then I canceled it and didnt used their service. but they charged another 79$ on November. I called them then they said it's your October bill you canceled it October so we need to charge that money they said. it's very very bad company. please don't work with them.

TRASH. Terrible customer service. Screamed at me because I asked them to email information, told me I was wasting their time and that I need to "relax". Tried to call back - can't get through. Tried to email, email contact is undeliverable. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I am used to be a restaurant owner. I have sold the restaurant in Oct, 2021. I have emailed my agent Victor Lastorino to close my account. This company still kept charging my account until I contacted my bank to terminate the payment. The agent Victor Lastorino never helped to close your account. The company refused to refund the extra amount they charged. PLEASE STAYED AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a completely SCAM!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am a restaurant owner and due to Covid 19 my restaurant was forced to close down. I want to close account with this company Priority Payment Systems. At first they sent me label and I return their machines but after few month I check my bank statement they still charging me every month till now. I filed complaint to the BBB but I just want every business owner out there to know this company is very SHADY. They refuse to resolve my problem and keep transfer me to a manager or someone that have authority to make decision and make me wait hours on the phone. Still not resolved yet. So please for those you our their if one of their sells come and ask you to do business with them watch out !

We are a 501c3 non profit organization and we provide educational services my merchant account recently was shut down after one year of doing business without any notice. these type of merchant companies run the biggest fraud and scam themselves, and companies like you and I who do legit business they terminate you, go figure!!!

I use BlueDog. CC processor in Florida. Have 2 locations. Guess BlueDog was using Priority pay since 11/17/2014. They changed cc processor in 2020, & failed to stop or notify Priority. So I was getting charged there “minimum charge”.. with no cards being processed. I did not catch, as I thought was an equipment charge. In May, questioned BlueDog, said not theirs. Had to stop payment at bank, & finally got number for Priority Payments. When talked to them, they we y looked at account, saw no transactions were being processed, but said they could do nothing for me!!?? Said there was agreement & they could do nothing for me. It should have been cancelled. I would have to go after BlueDog! Priority is not honest, integrity company! Error made, they will not do the “right thing”. Would never use their services!KG Merchants
