I have been coming here for awhile. But due to high priced groceries, I started going occasionally to the Kroger right across the street. But yesterday I made a trip back to this Publix where a MANAGER walked right past me twice when I asked for her help. That was after someone behind their customer service counter, could not seem to help. Frustrated at this point, I just grabbed my things and went to check out. A sweet young lady by the name of Ayanna made all the difference in my Publix experience. Management & Customer service needs to take a lesson from this young lady. A sweet smile and a kind hello can make all the difference.

Easy enough to locate items as well as great cashiers. Some prices are eh but otherwise great location

Tonight on 2/21 at 7:00 PM , the lady with the glasses(Didn’t catch her name) at the Deli was outstanding. She Took care of me from start to finish with amazing customer service and a cheerful disposition. 10/10
