Always line for sandwich and new person making sandwich and they just make it so horrible. Today I had a lady who kept chewing with he mouth very open and didn’t know what to put on veggie sandwich.

Happy with this Publix overall. Relatively small compared to other Publix locations but closest to my house. Prices are kind of high but once again convenient. Switched to this pharmacy from CVS. Employees here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Worst Publix ever. I went to get the family combo meal, I had question and absolutely nobody knew nothing about it. Then they wanted to charge me $20 for a pound of fries, I asked for help again and went back to the deli department, again no one knew the right answer. I asked to speak with the store manager but instead the deli department manager showed up and not even her knew what she was doing. She started looking at her cell phone looking for answer as why they wanted to charge me $20, really????
Worst customer service at this Publix, what a shame, they sucks.

Preordered sandwiches online at 1245, order eta 135pm… almost an hour to make some sandwiches but fine, ok. Go to pick them up of course they haven’t even started them yet. Sandwiches not ready until 210pm. Are you kidding me? Get it together.

I came in the store to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake and was greeted with “is everything ok?” from a lady named “Fatou”. It was not a question asked out of concern sadly, based on her facial expression and tone of voice. I proceeded to reply with, “i’m here to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake”. Then she turned away and continued to chat with a gentleman standing by her. No offer to assist me further. I stood at the guest desk to check out with another pleasant lady and not once did Fatou address any of the customers walking through the doors like she addressed me. The beauty about Publix and our neighborhood is that i can shop at another location where i don’t have to deal with pretentious leadership.

Bought a pack of four Sweet Corn. Returned two of the four, ate the other two for dinner, realized that they had mold on the ends, actually vomited, after seeing that, tasted bad threw it away.
The person (Sabrina, per receipt. Store mgr Bridgette Alan)) who credited me $6.17 for the corn NEVER even apologized. “We are sorry for that????!” Asked if I wanted to get another?
Felt like I was intruding on her conversation with another coworker?!?! What the heck Publix????

On July 5th 2024 I was harassed, profiled & questioned by a Caucasian female Publix closing manager at approximately 12:30 am ("5 1",brown hair driving a small 4 door black sedan) as I sat legally in my vehicle & a black male Publix worker (driving a red 4 door sedan) looked on as I was accosted by this lady. When I refused to tell her whom I was waiting for, she threatened that she could have me towed, that she knew everyone in all of the shopping center's businesses. When I stated to her that she could not, she then went into a story about people sleeping in the lot, she just wanted to be sure I was ok etc. When I stated to her that wasn't her intention as she immediately approached me with threats she then says well I could have called the police on several people and that there's a car that moves repeatedly etc. Once again I told her to stop talking to me & that didn't have anything to do with me. She then accused me of becoming defensive & stated if I was doing nothing wrong why was I upset. I then stated to her I didn't approach her or knock on her vehicle questioning her about her legal business. So being the Caucasian Karen that she is she immediately tried to back peddle to how she's concerned about me & the alleged homeless people sleeping in their cars etc. Throughout this 15 minute encounter this lady could not understand why I was upset, then stated that because she the unharrased person wasnt annoyed that I the harassed should not be either. She did not care as she stated that did because before illegally approaching or touching my vehicle she had already made up her mind that I was less important, less intelligent or of less value than she. She attempted manipulate me into telling her my business as I sat legally in my insured vehicle minding my business while being a person of color. Finally after repeatedly stating the same facts to her & pointing out her erroneous, disrespectful. Immoral & ridiculous behavior I told her she can now go feel good about herself, her false concern, to think about the things she said to me, did to me & gave her the applause she desperately needed.

Always a great experience at Publix! I ordered a tray of deviled eggs from the catering desk and the process couldn't have been better. Love the weekly BOGOs.

Where shopping is a pleasure...
The folks on the sandwich line could use a talking to since they tend to be a bit slow and rude. But I just go to a different location for subs, and it's fine.
