My family has been going to Queen for over 20 years. She’s incredible. I trust her with EVERYTHING.

Terrible job altering a Bridesmaid dress. The bra pads were lopsided and in the back of the dress, there was a big ripped seam that had to be sewed up at the wedding. Overpriced as well.

I will never use Queen’s Alterations again. Their prices are extremely high and they are unprofessional. When I went to pick up my item they put it in a sack which I opened when I got to my car. They had not done any of the alteration that was requested! They did not save any of the extra material. It took three visits to get the alteration correct. Beware of this business!!!

She does amazing work! I had a bridesmaid dress altered to fit a very pregnant belly, and it was unbelievable. I thought she hadn't worked on it when I went in for a fitting because it was so natural looking. She also did a wonderful job reworking my daughter's flower girl dress to a better fit. A very sweet and talented seamstress!

I could not be more thankful for this business. I literally came in at the last minute for an alteration on a suit coat for my son. She was amazing!!! Totally accommodated us and was gracious. The suit coat looked amazing. Having just moved here, I am so glad to have found this business!! Thank you!!!

OK. First let me say that I was TOTALLY and PLEANSANTLY pleased by the quality of their work completed at my now ONLY alteration provider! I took in a slim fit man's shirt and a classic fit shirt which I wanted altered to match the slim fit. When I picked up the shirts, looked at the seams of the altered shirt I honestly believed no work had been done. I placed both shirts next to each other to confirm that the altered shirt was the same slim fit of the slim fitted shirt. WOW!!! I could not, in all honestly, tell the difference in the alteration. It was doubled stitched and the thread color matched perfectly. Try them for yourself and you will also be TOTALLY and PLEANSANTLY pleased by the quality of their work!!!

I just started going to Queen's for over a month now after needing alterations by a true tailor and not something done on the side as what some dry cleaners offer. The owner is a social butterfly in a positive sense. Funny and witty. A little hard to understand sometimes because English is her second language. She definitely has the skills to do alterations however she over commits. She also charges up front. I've never been comfortable paying up front for this type of service but hey gotta be flexible. For the many outfits I brought in they were tailored beautifully. However something has changed. I left several items with the owner and said I was not in a rush. I of those items included my husband's shirt where he wanted some buttons to be replaced. I gave her 2 weeks. When I called to let her know I was going to pick them up, she said they were not ready. She said she had been ill and busy. She asked for a few more days. I was about to let that happen and then called her back and said she had until Saturday which meant she would have had our items for 3 weeks at this point. I told her if she could not do the alterations, I wanted to collect our clothes but I also wanted a refund. She said they would be ready Saturday. I arrived and she rushed to the door. Everything is hung up with plastic sheeting. She had another woman in their working on her cell phone to set up her business account. She said something about my husband's pants but I could not understand her. I said let me call him. As I pulled out my cell phone, another customer pulled up and she didn't quite let her in the store. She said the pants were not ready. The woman said I brought them to you Thursday and you said you would have them done. She asked the customer when did she need them. The customer replied with eyes rolling she needed them today because he was going to wear the pants for Mother's Day. She said she would try to have them ready but to call her. I was still trying to get a hold of my husband when I was suddenly asked to step outside to call him. No one else was in her store except the woman trying to set up her cell phone. I collected our things and left. Needless to say but I will. I am not ever going back. I would not recommend this shop if you have garments for a special occasion. Not sure why her attitude changed either but at this point she lost me. I am sure I will find another service. When I got home, my husband looked at his shirt. The buttons had not been replaced. One of the dresses I wanted altered was not touched and he was not sure what he wanted done to his pants. I had two skirts which she definitely worked on and they were altered quite well. I can't dispute what she did not do because she does not give itemized receipts so I will have to spend more money again on the dress she did not alter and my husband's shirt.

My wife and I use her for our alteration needs. She's amazing, a hard worker, and very friendly. We've been through several alterations shops and she's been the best so far. We also drive all the way from Sandy Springs!

Queenie does an amazing job. I bought a gown at Bridal's by Lori, I'm originally a size 6 but the sales rep said I should order a size 10 because the wedding dresses are couture and they run a few sizes small. So I listened to them and bought a size 10. When it was time to pick up the dress, I tried it on and it was huge, big and bulky everywhere. They had an alteration in store, usually I bring all my dresses to queenie but they insisted on altering my gown because they are a bridal expert. So I listened to them and got the alterations done. I came to try on and pick up my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding. When I put it on it was wrinkly and not what I expected. I started to panic and tears started to fall from my face. From there I didn't know what to do! This was a $7,000 dress that's ruin and my wedding was just 2 weeks away. My mother suggested I bring it to queenie at Queen's Alterations because she has fixed all my gowns in the past for special occasions (my proms and friend's weddings). So in desperate measures I brought my gown to her. She said she could fix it in a week and have it to me by my wedding day. When I got it back it was perfection. I suggest never get wedding gowns fixed that the boutique, instead always bring it to Queenie! I swear she always gets it right the first time.
