I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment at Quest Diagnostics on North Point Parkway. I was called back prior to my appointment time. Waiting area was not very clean as other patients had left trash out. The technician was kind and did an excellent job--no pain! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
