So it's Friday sept 6th around 6pm. I make a purchase of two items. I forgot to pick up 2 more things. So I go to the cooler and pick up an apple juice then I go make a drink at the drink station. The Caucasian worker comes to the drink station as I'm making a drink and says you didn't pay for that. Mind you I haven't even left the store. I'm still making a drink and never did I place anything in my bag. The quick trip salary can't be worth that much for you to profile brown ppl as if I ever had to ever steal from any store. I wouldn't be able to afford to live in Alpharetta if I had to steal. It's funny how I was targeted as much as I visit and pay every time.

Im an Uber driver I walked in to this place many times and every time I get looked at like I'm not wanted there by the gentleman that stands at counter.. well the last time I was there I went to the coffee section.. this very same gentleman came from were he usually stands and looked at me then went back to his spot a couple seconds later a police officer then gave me the look up and down my perifial vision is excellent.this police officer seemed very interested in me in such a way I could have sworn I saw him put his hand on his peace while he was behind me to the side a bit.. well I turned around a second later and said how you doing he said good then he walked off..I felt very un usually odd about what happened and what I witnessed.i do carry a knife and yes I usually where black all the time..but I have been in there often enough to not be treated like this..it's awful that I'm a good citizen and be treated in this fashion..I don't really know why this happened..but I will continue to go there.

First I want to say I used to work at Quik Trip as a young adult in the 90s and enjoyed helping my customers in any way I can. In my current business, I'm still helping people with no gripes.
I entered this quik today 6-20 @633pm. It was not that busy so I asked the cashier and I assume onsite manager Mike for qps on cash 3. I received them, then proceeded to get some slips from the lottery area. Unbeknownst to me, they were out of CASH 4 slips. I asked the manager who by this time was checking out a few customers. The line died down and he informed me that they were out if slips. I asked if he could key them in if I wrote them down. He indicated he could only do a few, and that he didn't HAVE TIME to key in any extra. I asked him to repeat that last statement, he declined to say. I looked around and there were no other ppl standing in line at this time. Because I am a forthright person, I told him it wasn't my responsibility as the customer to stock the store with lottery slips either or bring my own in. He continued to mumble under his breath..performed my request and I asked for the Regional manager name.
Jay Fuston, check your employee. Customer service is just that, CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lip service was unnecessary and unwarranted from this gentleman and I personally was offended.

A very nice clean well stocked store, excellent fuel ⛽ price and quality. Tons of drink and snack options, short orders at QT Kitchen and a nice selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, burgers and wraps and the food is very good prepared hot and fresh... ?

Most of the flavored coffee machines are visibility broken and not operational. It's been this way for days. Very disappointed. Especially when you are in a hurry.

The service was fast and efficient as usual. However, the breakfast pizza has been lacking in toppings the last three times and doesn't extend out to the edge like it used to. The ice machine on the west side has been broken for at least 2 months now as well.

This QuikTrip is one of the only QTs in the Alpharetta area that I'm aware of. It's near the highway and it's also near the Avalon, and Old Milton Pkwy itself is often heavily trafficked so this QT is also pretty popular.Gas prices are on the more expensive side considering this is an high income area, but it's in a SAFE area and this QT is usually always clean and extremely friendly.I frequent Alpharetta often so I usually come here to get snacks or for pit stops, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. QT is truly (IMO) the superior gas station and I am always having a great experience whenever I do business with them!

this location’s air pump is always broken…it’s currently broken and has been so for that last two weeks.
