I am writing to the manager of this store in order to express the dissatisfaction with this store employee since this person treats customers badly, specifically my father, an elderly person who held this person responsible for any emotional damage that may happen to my father, I hope you take measures with this worker since otherwise it will generate a more serious problem and will act in accordance with the LAW!! I was putting gas in my car when jets of gasoline started coming out of the broken hose, I spoke to the employee saying "did you know the hose is broken, I got soaked in gasoline" and she simply said "I didn't know" in a disinterested manner. As if it wasn't a big problem that they were dumping gasoline everywhere, they also charged me for what didn't go into my tank as if it were my fault.

1 person in the morning when that's the busiest time!! Self checkouts down and had 1 person trying to fix them and ring people up.

Conveniently located near Halcyon and right near exit 12 from Hwy 400.The problem with this gas station is that you can always find non functioning pump with yellow cover. Even once you find a pump, there is no guarantee that your card will work. I get frustrated half the time I go there and end up driving across the street to QT. This Racetrack and QT are literally across from each other.I hope they improve because it is a great and convenient location.

There was one nice man at the counter helping another customer with lottery tix. The other cashier seemed quite bothered to have to check me out. He had his EarPods in and was having a conversation with someone on his phone. Just go across the street to QT. I’ve never felt like a bother to anyone over there. The cashiers are always friendly & efficient.

I visited this gas station and was utterly disappointed by their lack of basic customer service. Not only did they fail to provide me with receipt paper after I pumped gas, but their disregard for this essential aspect of a transaction was infuriating. It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers' needs. This experience reflects their complete lack of professionalism and consideration. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this gas station if they, like me, require a receipt after pumping.

Really wish management would enforce the "NO SMOKING" rule at the tables outside. Nothing worse than trying to eat your lunch with pateons actively smoking in an area CLEARLY marked for no smoking. Really makes me want to take my business elsewhere.Management: you know who is doing it, you have regulars that come for lunch everyday. Heck, there's a guy right now smoking a cigar sitting next to one of the employees on break at the table on the other end.

This race track gas station sells warm beer. Not sure if you've ever had a warm beer on a Tuesday afternoon? Not refreshing. I highly recommend you go across the street to QuikTrip to get a cold beer.UPDATE: I stopped by again, tonight 6/29/23. The beer was little colder but still warm. Anyway, this race track did not have any toilet paper in the men's, handicap stall. No toilet paper, no soap in the dispenser and no paper towels. That is disturbing if a place sells food & has no soap in the bathroom. This gas station is ghetto

Possibly the worst Race Trac of all. The lot is always covered in trash with overflowing receptacles. The pumps are either slow or not functioning at all sometimes. Today I noticed more pumps out of order than ever. Half of the buttons to choose a grade are missing. If not as convenient, I wouldn't ever come back. Maybe I'm used to higher standards at the other stations with this brand, but this location needs serious help.

As someone who travels a lot I usually try to stop at Racetracs, always clean and quick. This has to be one of the worst run racetracs, sadly I need to stop here quite often. Half the pumps are not working, and dirty.

I cannot tell you how many times I walk in here, buy nothing then head to QT bc there are never any buns. 40 hotdogs just rolling around. Most probably get thrown out every day bc there are no buns. Bathrooms are usually disgusting and don't work...like today. Over to QT I go.

This station closes at random hours during the week. I drive20miles for the 88unleadedfor work at night. If it's closed, turn off the lights don't make people walk all the way up to the door, and have 5 employees design languagethat the store is closed. INSULTING
