No restroom. Or dressing room..
Also you ever eat a chicken wing and it's kinda predominantly bones and skin and you're left unsatisfied...? That's what the selection is like at this Ross. Skin on bones. The sharp tip of the wing furthest from the bird's body.
Just skip and go to Burlington then hit up TJ for well stocked and reasonably priced items.
The candle section was so sad. I gave one a sniff just to pretend.. like how I laugh at a guys joke when he takes me out and pays for my food. You're not going home with me but let's enjoy this moment- my dear candle on this empty Ross dress for less shelf...

Something is wrong with the management here there are no restrooms in service. It is not human treatment for employees there; they need to go to TJ Max walking probably more than 10’.

Good prices but those alarms on the expensive items constantly ringing and dinging drove me out of 2 stores I visited today. Horrible and unnecessary. I left after 30 mins.

Store is open until 9:30pm but closes the fitting rooms at 7pm. Difficult to shop for clothes. There is a lot of empty space and gaps in merchandise. They definitely do not have a lot of inventory and it looks like they may be closing or going bankrupt.

There wasn't anything left to purchase. Everything was gone, and only one cashier was working to check the customer out.

Manager on Duty drinking tea from a mug, casually walking around on her cell phone while there has been a line of people waiting for at least 10 min when 5-6 other employees are on the floor, with ONE cashier. Very unprofessional, when asked for assistance, I was ignored. Literally creating this review while waiting because no one has come up to the front to help… SMH.

The manager : Furozon or Furazon was racist and rude. She refused to do an exchange with receipt. I purchased shoes that fell apart after 6 days and would not allow me to exchange them. I hope she thinks of me when she receives the same treatment one day

I am a Frequent Shopper at Ross, even when I travel! It’s been about a month since I last entered this Ross location here in Alpharetta ! I was going to just not return and forget about a review… I just came to terms that this experience would not leave my mind until I write this review! First I witnessed the Rudest Retail Manager EVER in my 20 years of shopping at a Ross or Any Retail store EVER!!!! She was very rude and unprofessional to the 1st Degree to 3 customers while doing a return since the original cashier called for her assistance while I patiently waited in line with other guest!!!! Then it was my turn smh… I had the cashier that was in training that was very kind assist me and then he had to call that same Manager for her help with the name (Furuza) or something similar to that excuse my spelling) … the young man was very apologetic, kind and professional and tried his best to assist me… being that he did not speak English well, he stated it was hard for him to explain an answer to my questions and I let him know that’s no problem!! Soooo when the Manager arrived, she just looked at me and did not say Hello or have any form of Customer Service skills, I asked her my question about the product I purchased and she very short patient with her answer to the point, I put my additional items for purchase down and I asked for a number to contact someone that could assist me… then she was even more unprofessional and also refused to give me her name! Luckily I heard her name from cashier and when I stated it to her she ignored me and stated, “ You don’t need her name, just call the number!!!”
I told her, maybe you are having a bad day but, no need to be rude and that she most definitely need mgmt training on Customer Service and Interpersonal skills and to have a Blessed Day!!! I still can’t believe This happened to me! One thing for Sure, I had to go home and pray for her Evil Spirit to leave that Store and out of my mind!!! My Mom was in the car waiting and I told her about the experience and My Mom did not understand what was wrong with her and that I should Also report her!
I know Ross is in desperate need of help since the pandemic but, As a business owner and Person that loves people and have gained much recognition in my Service from the colleges I attended, to the positions I have been blessed to be in for my Interpersonal skills such as: Receiving a Career Credential Document from the Chancellor himself where I attended College, an Associate Trainer, a Quality Assurance Consultant, Scoring 100% from a secret Shopper, along with Receiving an Accommodation from the Secretary of State while I was employed by the State as an Member Service Representative to name a few of my Recognitions! Please be careful putting people in Leadership positions! With her attitude, she need to be just a stocker or something that don’t need any communication skills!! UNREAL smh!
Thanks for a spot to write this Review!

Today, I met the rudest, bad-mannered, insolent, enraged lady who happens to be the Store Manager of this store, her name is something like 'musha' or 'fusha' (sorry, she was hard to understand too). I visited to store to do my girls' back-to-school shopping on a non busy weekday (Monday), we were in the fitting rooms for almost 10 minutes when a lady started knocking at the door several times telling us to get out of the fitting room, the store closes at 9:30 and to not leave clothes inside and to hurry up. We thought it was another customer because she kept talking in another language and switching back to English telling us to get out again. To my surprise, it was the store manager, she quickly rushed to the fitting room door, checked inside and locked the fitting rooms at 9:10 pm.
I asked the older cashier for the lady's name, the cashier immediately told the store manager in their language that I was asking for her name. This store manager was angry and she was on power trip mission. After we finished checking out at 9:16pm, I asked the cashier to let me know the store manager's name one more time please. The store manager heard me asking again and she was livid; that's when I raised my voice and told the store manager to not charge at me like that and what was the problem with asking the cashier for her name, the store manager ended up saying "Have a good night" or something like that. My kids and I left the store to never come back. I had to leave since my young kids were with me. Incredible, in my 30 years in the US, I personally have never met anyone like her.
