This is not GOOD!!!! Why can't I speak to my Adjuster, only get text messages. Say check was sent, called dealership collision department...NO INFO FOR ME NOR MY CAR!! Can't take my car in until 2/14. I have car rental only to pay out the pocket and be reimbursed. This is a major inconvenience!! After dealing with the Headache of a Claim I will be looking into another insurance company.

They don't pay but I can guarantee you that they will accept your insurance payments. On October 8th I filed a claim yesenia Garcia is my adjuster she doesn't reach out at first she said the clayton county police department never sent the police report a week after I filed so I went and got the report and sent it to her email I have been calling and leaving voice-mail for her and her supervisor along with the manager. I never Received any call backs one young lady got yesenia Garcia on the phone with me for her to tell me that I need to get my car towed to the shop and that they will reimburse me and that she still needs the paperwork that I been mailed in it is now November first and this lady and her supervisor and manager are still not reaching out.so now I have to get a lawyer because I can't get any answers I have renewed with this company since 2021 and still never got my my first claim handle last year now I'm going through it again.

I've had this company since 2019. They are refusing to renew my policy on a nissan sentra because somehow it is out range in a point system they do. Pretty much if I wreck it it's gonna be really expensive to fix and they don't want to risk having to pay for it. SMH.

Worst experience of my life. I feel like they played me knowing this was my first time dealing with an insurance company. I would recommend anybody who has to deal with them to get a lawyer because they will low ball you.They are very unprofessional the lady who was over my personal claim did not know the answer to any of my questions. And because i was so nice they took me as gullible so learn from this review and dont let them sell you anything. Then my car was not fixable according to them even tho all I probably needed was a new door so they total loss it because they did not want to deal with the cosmetic of my car. I could not necessarily give them the title of my car because i did not have the funds to buy a new car becasue i recently just graduated from college and the lady i had to deal with was very rude and caught an attitude anytime i had a question about anything that didn't sound right so to avoid conflict I just let it slide but for anyone who has to deal with them because one of their insured hit you find a lawyer that will help you navigate the system for you.

I wish I could give zero stars. Safeway refused to do their job when their driver pulled out in front of my mother. Their driver was ticketed at the scene of the accident. Mom’s car wasn’t drivable, so it was towed. Now they’re saying they won’t pay the storage fees that are accruing while they drag their feet. Also refusing to provide a rental car. If you have a claim with safeway……..call a lawyer first, because you’re gonna need one.

Eileen G. Is the worst. She is RUDE MEAN and RACIEST. I called the supervisor and left voicemail. They don’t care and they never call you back. I will talk to my attorney.

Your agents that sell your insurance policies can't be bothered to help your customers. And apparently you don't cover accidents if I let someone borrow my car, unless I add them to the policy, is that correct? Because that's what your agent told me! I don't think anyone has ever added someone to their insurance policy because they wanted to borrow their car for a day! I'll be looking for better insurance!
