I come in this store everyday multiple times and every single day i do the entire staff from the managers and cashiers i get greeted and treated with so much heart felt welcoming and I'm forever thankful and grateful for great people like them. I wish it was more people in this world who is as friendly and kind as them. Great store and even greater customer service. Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars.

Is there a way for me to give them zero stars? Kendra the cashier was extremely rude she has no idea of pricing and if corrected when wrong decides to get a snobby rude response. She spent the entire time on her phone and doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. We manage gas stations and we know how to talk to our customers, if we had an employee like this they would be gone in hours.

I really liked coming to this location. It's very clean and the cashiers are always nice.. I only gave 3 stars because of the state of the store. It is ridiculously hot and those poor employees have to stay in that heat all day with no A/C, which to me is unbelieveable. I will not return until it is fixed. It's way too hot inside that store.

Horrible customer service especially from Kendra. She's super rude and causes the owner to take a hit on sales as everyone I know in the Alpharetta area have now put this gas station on our don't go to list. Horrible service. Sucks for the owner as he should have fired her a long time ago to save his business. She has no training or how to deal with customers. Too busy on her phone and always in the office. She's always wrong about pricing and rings customers up incorrectly. She also doesn't know much about her job. Must have something over the owner to still be working there after the numerous horrible reviews from many customers. They commit tax fraud as well. They charge higher taxes for low taxed purchases. Avoid at all cost! They'll ruin your perfectly good day or make a bad day worse.

The lady who usually works the register on week day mornings is really rude. Never says hi or good morning or anything. Acts like she doesn't want to deal with anyone. This morning in particular, she bitched and threatened to charge me for taking 2 coffee cups when they had no cup sleeves, they were out of napkins, so yea i put my coffee cup inside another one so i didn't burn my hands. Those cups are cheap and thin, it's too hot to hold onto otherwise.

Wow. Rude. They apparently have a second ticket that prints after your normal receipt for car washes, but there's no way to know that. So after spending a ton on gas and a wash I go to the machine, which fights every attempt. I have to drive through it and then go into the shop. The cashier told me I didn't wait long enough for my ticket. Not that he'd remedy it, but that I made a mistake. I don't care who you are, you don't insult a customer in front of people like that. Never going again.
