Horrible customer service. The cashier was so rude to my brother and I when we went in to shop this week. The cashier rolled her eyes and made a mean face to my brother after he asked a question on pricing. No basic math skills are required to work here . Rare beauty was 50% off for lipstick, retail price was 16$. It rang up for 14$, cashier then says “the discount was applied” . I didn’t buy anything and we walked out. The worker at the front door was the only welcoming , nice girl there. The “manager” and the cashier were rude. It’s as if Sephora hires people to fit the stereotype that they already have, (mean girls working there )

The turn around at this store has horrible customer service I’ve been coming here for years. I came in with my daughter today . The employers there just stand around talking to each other as you walk pass them want say a word to you but definitely looking to see if you stealing something. The girl at the register today look like she was ready to go home. Do better! I’m sure that why they all go to Avalon at least they speak to you

Went to ask an employee a question about the size of a fragrance and she was so rude to me. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a hijab. She acted as if I was stealing? She probably thought I looked super young so she was ignoring me and thought I was a “Sephora kid” I am in fact 18… anyways Sephora is my favorite store and I’d never thought I’d have such a awful experience.

Good service and a good place to buy a gift for your friend, girlfriend, wife and you will have help with the purchase from polite employees...

Was there last night, and this is usually my fav Sephora. But the fragrance girl as well as the cashier were both so rude. I asked if there was a perfume in stock she told me no before she checked and when she told me it would be up at the front for me I was like that’s perfectly fine! I went to checkout, I greeted the cashier she didn’t say anything to me nor did she look up at me just simply asked if the perfume was mine or not. She asked if anyone helped me, I told her the lady never told me her name and she was like “nvm I think I know who did.” I said okay, and then I asked if I could use a gift card and pay the difference on my card she again ignored me and just said what my total was, took my gift card and then I just put my card in the reader. She packed it and didn’t say anything else to me.
Usually I have a better experience at this Sephora and I’m very upset that the rude lady ended up getting commission for this sale with a nasty attitude.

I had a lovely associate named Sunii who helped me trade in my Patrick Ta foundation for the Haus Labs one. She found my exact match and I am very happy with the wear of the product. Sunii also recommended the Bobbi Brown Face Base which I absolutely love! I have struggled finding the right primer for me and I believe I will never use another primer after this. It pairs so well with the Haus Labs foundation and my makeup has looked the best it has in years! Thank you Sunii for all of your help!

Very Bad Customer Service, I went to this store to purchase few items, I was looking for a specific product availability since they were not available on the counter I asked for help, the person dint even hesitate to check and straight away said its not available in a rude manner. I had asked for a Shade check, they said someone would come to you since we are busy, i waited for 30 mins and reached out to them again they asked me to wait and never turned up. Never had such this kind of Rude experience in any other stores.

I came here to smell fragrances to purchase for my sisters birthday. I started by testing scents and I was not the only person who was there doing that. An older worker went to every scent I tried, hassling and watching me. Every step I’d make she would be tailing behind me. She might have been trying to help but teaching your workers boundaries, especially when a customer has said they don’t need any assistance would be great. Safe to say I didn’t purchase anything that trip.

Stopped in to do some shopping, wandered for quite a while before anyone asked if I needed help. When I found a potential product I wanted I found an employee, Zoe, who was very helpful! She answered my questions, made suggestions, and gave 2 samples so I could figure out which one I wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have any sample containers in stock, so they were put in baggies which leaked out =( She was also helpful with getting my bday reward redeemed, and I even found a new fragrance that I'll be getting on my bday!

This place was crazy! Absolutely packed full of people. You could barely get through the store and good luck shopping in peace without someone else interested in what your looking at and grabbing it out of your hand. The prices are to be expected I guess..expensive..which some products there I would agree and high end nice products and worth that price but expect to pay double for everything else. The staff were inattentive but I would say they were very stressed by the amount of people there. If it wasnt crazy busy I would've given a 4 bc the place was nice clean and the products presented looked great!
