Our experience was great frim the very beginning. Phil Macy our field service technician suggested we speak with a sales rep. We did need an upgrade from the copier we had. Our first account rep Paul Griffin was great and actually suggested 2 great models. Vickie Atkins actually helped us close the deal. She was very Accommodating and kept us posted from ordering to delivery. She kept us posted on shipping and when we would receive the copier. Once the copier (Sharpe Digital Full Color Multifunctional system )came in the logistics men Chris Scruggs and Patrick O'Hara were most efficient in insuring everything was working. IT Tech Rick Falco ensured everything was operational and that we knew how everything worked. He went above and beyond. Vickie came out later that day to meet us and make sure we had everything we needed. The customer service from the Sharpe Team was excellent. There are not enough stars to rate them.

Craig savage and Allen Fenters Allen sold us a printer which we have spent thousands of dollars on. I was told that a special software to track inhouse printing was included (IT WAS THE ENTIRE REASON WE BOUGHT THIS PRINTER) come to find out I was just bold faced lied to about, and then they said that they would sell the software at at a discounted price and have now doubled the price and I now feel like I'm being extorted because I can’t run my business without the software. Times are tight due to the pandemic. It doesn’t appear Sharp has any interest in serving their customers with dignity.
