I returned an Amazon item to this Staples on 12/22/25. I was given a receipt. I have not received credit for my return yet (and am due $216). I have reported the error to Amazon twice — on 1/5/25 and 3/15/25, including uploading the drop off receipt — and still not had this resolved. I returned to the Staples to ask for their help but they couldn’t do anything. The customer service from NY Puzzle, Staples and Amazon is absolutely appalling.

Great store with helpful and engaging staff. I needed help on a wide format printer and passport photos. I was pleasantly surprised on the support, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I will be going back for more!

I had a great experience at Staples recently! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me to exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything. I was impressed by the variety of products and the quality of the service. Checkout was quick, and I left feeling confident about my purchases. Highly recommend for office supplies and tech needs!

The Staples near Haynes Bridge is definitely my “go to” place for all of my home office and printing supplies. All of the employees wear a smile and are always anxious to offer their assistance or advice for my home office needs. I can always find what I need in their store.

Purchased a work desk from Staples. The store we went to near our house had one on display but did not have it in stock. The associate checked for us and said he did not know when they would have another one in. We asked about purchasing the floor model but was informed they cannot sell them. Another store (1 hour away) did have one but they could not transfer it to their store. Drove an hour away to get it and am very happy with it. It would be nice if they could allow store to store transfers to assist customers.
