This location is absolutely the worse! They handle mail service through iPostal1 and have LOST very important pieces of mail! THEY TAKE THE LIBERTY TO OPEN YOUR MAIL WHEN YOU HAVEN'T REQUESTED IT!!! They are either too busy, not paying attention, don't care, or flat out taking people's mail!!!!

Had a great travel services (TSA pre-check and passport photo) experience here on afternoon of 1/30/24. We made an appointment in advance for TSA service and were seen right on time despite it being seemingly busy in the store. The associates who helped us with both the TSA enrollment and photo were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. My daughter's photo turned out great, much better than the awful one I got done last year at Walgreens. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole thing was.

We needed a print job done on cardstock, and they refused to work with us or help out with the task, and offered little more than that they were "too busy" to help. It was for a children's charity performance.

Shout out to Craig Pennington at the Staples @ 945 North Point Drive in Alpharetta!. Craig gets 5+ stars from me for his assistance with getting my business cards ordered. After experiencing some challenges with exporting my business card design, I visited the store in person and had the privilege of working with Craig. Craig made himself available to troubleshoot the issue and ensure I had a design of high quality and made sure I was happy with the final product. Craig even made recommendations of the grade of business card, along with ink options. Craig exuded patience, kindness, pride in his work and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Craig exemplifies what the true meaning of Customer Service is and he has won my business. Thank you Craig, I sincerely appreciated your help today!

This location is like walking into a nightmare… Ed was rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. Asked for basic assistance with business cards and he was unwilling to help. Why hire someone so clearly lazy who evidently doesn’t want to work? If you make the poor decision to go to this location, at least avoid the boy who looks like he’s trying to be a woman.

1-star rating for my visit to the Alpharetta Staples on North Point Pkwy today. In the past, that has not been the case. I have actually bragged about one of the guys who works at the store and how awesome he is. Here is what happened today.Neither of the self service printers were working properly. The associate finally came over and reset both of them, after I asked about the printer not moving forward with my print job. She said it could take up to 15 minutes. When asked if we could have them just print our documents for us, they advised that they would not be ready until sometime tomorrow. In my opinion, the right answer is. There are jobs in front of you, but since you are here in person and neither or our printers are working, we can do that for each of you. No problem. Unfortunately, that did not happen and the store manager seemed to look away every time one of us made eye contact. I left after 25 minutes of waiting. The other people all left before me. (I really wanted to print my stuff.) I will go to Fedex Kinkos tomorrow. What has happened to customer service?

This review is for the TSA pre-check which is located in the Alpharetta Staples. I had to leave after waiting for two hours. There is one woman who is responsible for handling the entire process.

TSA Pre-check, absolutely no customer service. My 75 year old, Viet-Nam veteran cousin was 8 minutes late for an appointment where the staff admittedly was running behind. His name had not been called when he checked in and was next to be called. The clerk refused to service him claiming he was late but they had not called his name yet. No respect for senior citizens who served their country. Shame on them!!!

Staff was very helpful. I believe his name is Michael called me back a few times just to confirm and help on my business card order changes and at pick up they took the time to show me and make sure I was satisfied with my order. Very friendly staff. I believe her name was Amy.

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Manager's Unprofessional BehaviorDear Sir/Madam,I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a distressing incident involving Craig, the manager at Ipostal located at 945 North Point Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30022. I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding his repeated acts of rudeness and unprofessional conduct towards me as a customer.Today, during my visit to the store, I approached Craig to inquire about the whereabouts of a package. To my surprise and dismay, he responded with blatant disregard for my concerns, stating that I should find another postal service. It became evident that his negative attitude towards me stemmed from a previous interaction where I mentioned my intention to report his behavior to corporate. In response, he callously remarked, "What are you going to do, write a bad Google review?" when I declined his suggestion and reiterated my intention to contact corporate. This remark clearly indicates that he believes there will be no consequences for his actions.I was deeply upset by this incident, which caused me to feel belittled and demeaned. Craig's behavior was not only unprofessional but also constituted a form of emotional harassment, as he maintained an intimidating stance throughout the interaction. Despite being a paying customer, I was met with constant yelling and a complete disregard for basic customer service norms. Fellow customers and employees expressed their concern for my well-being, as the incident unfolded in front of them.I strongly believe that this incident demands immediate action. I request a thorough investigation into Craig's conduct, as well as measures to address the issues and ensure a respectful and professional environment for all customers. It is my expectation that your company takes this matter seriously, as no customer should be subjected to such mistreatment.I would like to bring to your attention that I have taken the decision to share my experience by posting a detailed account of this incident on various review platforms, including Google. Furthermore, I will be forwarding a copy of this letter directly to corporate to ensure that my concerns are adequately addressed. It is my hope that by doing so, I can raise awareness about the negative experiences I have endured and inspire meaningful change within your organization.I urge you to promptly address this matter and provide me with a thorough and satisfactory resolution. As a loyal customer of Ipostal, I had hoped for a positive and reliable experience, but the repeated mistreatment by Craig has shattered my trust and confidence in the company. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent any further occurrences. The above incident happened yesterday. Now today, 7-1-23 I drove to Staples Ipostal and Craig was not present thank the lord, Mark helped me today. I drove up around 1 pm Mark did not find my package. He said it was not there, and he also did not know where my package was even though the confirmation was sent and correct, so I had to take extra time out of my Saturday to investigate, which lead me right back to Staples an hour later. However, I left the store I went to USPS and had them track the package and the carrier I was lucky my carrier was in the building. She personally told me she handed my package to Craig the manager. She also said they when she delivers packages, she always sees a lot of packages not checked in also stated that they always try to give her the package back when she drops them off. She told me to go back and ask them to check the outgoing mail. I called Mark, and he checked, and what do you know, my package was rejected and never scanned in by Mark due to him not liking me. That is a federal offense and not ok. Please help I don't want to deal with my packages not being given to me I looked up the Code and this is federal.
