Just want to share a great experience I had with stylist Shohreh-Shay. She has absolutely restored my confidence in getting my hair trimmed after numerous terrible cuts from their competitors. I certainly will be back and Shohreh-Shay is professional, extremely understanding in what I wanted and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much, terrific customer service.

Just wanna update this around august 2025, she still is there and she is the best you can get. She only works sundays but she makes getting haircuts amazing!

Continuously disappointing. Always inconsistent since they’re under new management. Raised prices and lowered quality. Got such a bad haircut and the lady told me that is the way the cut I asked for is and wouldn’t fix it. They consistently open late. If it wasn’t for Shay or Nilofar they wouldn’t be open at all. Tried again today and nobody there to open for the third time I’ve been at opening. This place needs help.

I had an amazing experience with Nilofar at Supercuts yesterday. She gave me a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. Her expertise was evident from the moment she began, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that really suited my face and style. What stood out the most was the care and time she dedicated to every step. She didn’t rush, made sure everything was perfect, and paid attention to every detail. On top of that, her warm and friendly nature made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.It was more than just a haircut, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful hairstylist

One name to know here: Nilofar
I moved to GA recently, and in January I had to take a chance, and made my first visit to SuperCuts. I got extremely lucky on my first try!
Nilofar is superb, and I have a short haircut which means I get the opportunity to visit twice a month! She is so personable, kind and extremely talented. She is always busy as I often see people waiting for her, because they know what I know-- that Nilofar is just so good! I highly recommend the hot towel, it's wonderful. The shop is always clean and all staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Our family had an appointment scheduled @6 pm today for my brother. We were attended by Minajiah. We showed her some inspo pictures we found online for young boys. However, we did not appreciate her tone upon our requests. She stated that it would not be possible to do this haircut on our brother since his hair was not “long enough”. Additionally, the pictures we showed her had a line part towards the side of the head. She stated that she could not do this because his hair grows forward. She then said, “If you want this, you will have to go to a barbershop”. **Once she made this statement, we started to feel on the fence because there were many different ways she could have responded to our requests**
I am no hair expert but we had gotten this hairstyle on my brother before at this same location* by the other stylist Shay and there had never been a problem. We have also gotten this same haircut at many other hair places we’ve been to. Therefore, we felt she was being unreasonable YET we tried our best to be understanding. We told her that we could do without the side part since she emphasized it was a problem. We were trying our best to compromise with her feedback just to get his haircut over and done with.
I proceeded to show her a picture of him with the haircut we were looking for. I was hoping this would resolve any misunderstanding since it was a picture of the client himself which would make it easier for her to see what we were talking about. However, instead of hearing us out, she continued to point out “issues”. At this point, the back and forth put a really bad taste in our mouths.
This would have been somewhat acceptable if was kind about the way she communicated her concerns. She could have just also said that she did not feel comfortable cutting his hair or did not want to and that would have been fine as well! Instead, she wasted our time. The amount of “buts” made to our request and her discourteous tone made us feel unwelcome. A client should never feel like they’re having to pass through so many obstacles just to get what they want. Especially when the haircut was not something elaborate or complicated. Due to this, I kindly told her we would think about it and come back another time.
However, we will no longer be coming back. To whoever is in charge, I suggest you reiterate the importance of customer service and friendliness to this employee! I understand it's the end of the day and we are all exhausted/overwhelmed but it costs nothing to show kindness and hear people out. Thank you!
