Sitting in Tmobile for the third time! They changed my SIM CARD and my phone still does not work. It just makes me wonder... are you forcing an upgrade. I am so over you. The worst customer service ever. ? I was never acknowledged. The guy didn't check my phone before I left. I came right back. The experience in this store does not represent TMobile's Mission. What damn family?Update!!! I'm still here and the phone that was ordered to exchange my phone and they ordered the exchange on the wrong phone!!!Update I'm back home. I can only use wi fi calling. I have an hour drive to work and will be with out a mobile device. Thanks so much.

I overall had an excellent experience. All thanks to Maz. I started with a person who was at the end of her shift. She was very polite and Maz was awesome. He was very engaging and I even ended up buying several more items after I had made my initial purchase. He is an excellent salesman and I will come to him for all my Tmobile needs from now on! Thanks buddy! UPDATE 12/5 I had to give a single star because of a horrible experience I had in this location today. I was refused a return from a person that had “manager” on her name tag. CARMETHA, is a terrible manager and her customer service was lacking. I had to call corporate to get some resolution. I was able to get what I needed from them, but the fact that I had to call corporate was ridiculous, all because she didn’t want to help me.

WOW. It’s rare you find someone as charismatic, patient, and kind as David. He was absolutely awesome and made my experience so personable, relaxing, and pleasant. I had just been to another T-mobile and the associate was not helpful at all- he seemed to not care about a sale in the slightest. David was the complete opposite and ensured that I purchased my new iPhone through T-mobile and not through a competitor. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, I trusted him to have my best interests at heart, and he endlessly made fun of me for how disgusting my phone case was (which was hilarious and much needed- I groom dogs and there was dog hair in it ?). The store was bright, clean, and organized and the atmosphere was 1000 fold more positive than the other location that I went to. Michael was also working the night I came in, and he was very nice and helpful as well. THESE GUYS EARN EVERY 5 STAR REVIEW THEY GET!! They truly stick out in their ability to provide a top notch customer experience!! Thank you so much David!

I had a wonderful experience at T-Mobile on October 16th. I went to pick up my iPhone replacement and to get my apple watch paired with the new phone. T-Mobile Expert Jayne was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and courteous, as this process took quite a while. The place was quite busy, and she dealt with many customers while continually coming back to me to update my own situation. She was so nice, especially considering all the stress she was under with many customers. She really was amazing! What a fantastic employee for T-Mobile!

My husband and I needed some advice on updating our iPhones on our T-Mobile service. We were helped by Michael Thurman, and he was fantastic. He explained all our options and made a few suggestions that clarified what we might want to do. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and also showed great concern that we get the updates that would serve us best. We've always had great service at this T-Mobile location. All of the experts have been very helpful and kind, so we highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good service with their equipment. Hate to see these negative reviews because we had a fantastic experience at this location. We worked with Jayne and the manager Melody after we had issues from an online phone purchase. Jayne spent hours making sure everything was set up correctly as we were coming from another cell phone provider. We had great customer service. Jayne gave us her number to text if we had any issues. We had multiple lines being switched over and Jayne made sure everything was correctly switched over. She called us to make sure our service was working and I even got a text from her the next morning making sure we didn’t have any additional issues. Melody was also a great help making sure we transitioned from our other carrier! We have been beyond impressed with our customer service experience at this location.

I couldn't end the day without thanking Jo.W, Mobile Expert, congratulations to the store for having an excellent representative, I went for the loss of my Samsung watch and ended up with a new phone, watch and accessories. Education, patience and seeking to meet my needs. I've had bad experiences before mind, where they didn't ask questions or were in a rush to leave. But with Jo.W I felt like a totally satisfied customer.

Went in today and met with Tito, who went above and beyond to help us out. He was patient and very pleasant. He even helped us out by calling customer service for us to help with a billing situation while we were purchasing a new phone. Very satisfied with the service we received today. Thanks, Tito!!

We went by to the Windward Pkwy location to upgrade a phone and met with Tito who was projecting his frustrations on how busy the store had been and having to answer calls to tell customers they don't have the iPhone15, following that with if he received one more call, he was going to lose it. His energy was disconnected, and indolent. His negativity set the tone for the rest of our experience.For our potential purchase, we were advised by Tito of the phone color options in store, however since they didn't have the color options we were looking for, he therefore directed us to the Apple Store.Within less than an hour, we made the decision to go with what was available at the T-Mobile Store. Upon arrival for the second time, we were greeted by David who checked us in and confirmed he had the color gold in the iPhone14 pro.We waited to be seen for approximately 30 minutes. During that wait, Tito noted we were back by making eye contact with me and asked what color I would be going with. I told him Gold. He was with a customer at the time who wanted an iPhone 13, but somehow Tito talked her into the 14pro in the color we wanted which happened to be the last one. He knew this since he was the one who went back to check and initiated the inquiry the second time.When we were next in line, instead of Bert immediately tending to us, he was assisting Tito's current customer by confirming what phone color she wanted, even though Bert should have been tending to us as we were next. Very sneaky on Tito's part to have Bert do his work. Why do two reps need to take care of one customer. Finally, when Bert decided he could tend to us after running around for Tito, he mentioned he had to check the safe and it would take additional time.By the end of it all, we walked away without a phone and unhappy and displeased. We were advised by Bert the fee of $35 is waived via purchase on the app and therefore completing the purchase on our own was the way to go and due to the savings he would not be the right person to help facilitate the purchase. We were misinformed. Either it's due to lack of knowledge or just didn't want to be helpful if there were no commissions to be made. The two reps I dealt with were passive, inattentive, unconcerned and slow moving.Before leaving the store, I asked why Tito inquired about the color we would like to purchase if he had no intention of putting it aside when we expressed we were going with that color. Tito snapped back, "Well you shouldn't have left the first time." It felt that he just inquired to not be helpful, but to prove a point. His words proved he is very malicious and spiteful. It also feels very commission driven and lack of wanting to provide quality service.Tito's attitude was rude, negative and unprofessional. He had no regard for our time and efforts. After being a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, this is the first time we are considering leaving T-Mobile for the lack of customer service. The quality-of-service sucks at this store! Not even a mention of when they might be expecting stock or any efforts to locate one. These reps are not doing a great job in being the face of T-Mobile.What a waste of our time and efforts. Terrible service and extremely frustrating!!!!

I set up a new account and activated 1/3 lines at another location yesterday. Today we went to activate the last two at this location and it was a nightmare!The sales rep, Tito, was sassy and unhelpful! Somehow he managed to move my number to the other phone, deactivating service on mine. Then he claimed there were only 2 lines on the account. After back and forth, it turns out the 3rd line got suspended during the process and he refused to help. "You'll need to call 611 to fix it, it's out of my hands". His hands caused this mess! He also forced us to buy a new SIM card for $10 because"I can't give you it for free while the line is suspended"....I went back to the farther location and they fixed all his mistakes and confirmed he should have been able to do all this himself. Their reasoning is he probably didn't want to help since he wouldn't have gotten any commission from yesterday's sale.If this location actually reads reviews - retrain or fire that useless rep. He caused a huge mess that took multiple trips and time to fix. I would have been more forgiving if he was polite but his attitude just made it all worse.

I had a fantastic experience with these folks yesterday. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive to every customer who walked in. David did an awesome job with getting my data transferred to my new phone. I highly recommend this provider.

I signed up about 20 years ago. Service and support used to be awesome. The last few years, service has degraded to barely useable off wifi and support has become automated or rude. Just not work saving like $10 vs a better carrier. I'm all done with T-Mobile.

Not the type to post bad reviews but my time is to valuable. I walked out after waiting to long. I was an easy Sale. The sale process is to long to be in a affluent area. Need to be more accomadating
