Horrible horrible, worst customer service experience ever in my life. They promise us a free line just to lure a customer in, and then I get billed for it every month, and when I go to resolve it, they don’t even entertain you, I went twice to this location and even spoke to the same rep who told us the line is free, but they didn’t even look into our account and tell us why or help resolve or anything. Instead they speak to us so rudely, shout at us, interrupt us and don’t even let us speak. Never coming back here again. Just horrible!!!!

Went to return equipment , Adam said come back tomorrow , manager is not in store to override, next day went there , one guy was saying , we dont return , after few mins , Adam came and returned the device, where is mgr? why first day i was asked to come back again ? why second person in store was informing me that they dont return ?

My family and I have been with Sprint, now part of TMobile for several years. We always had a good experience and referred other family members and friends to this provider. However, things changed after I decided to accept a promotion that I was interested for months. Earlier in 2022 representatives at TMobile stores told me that we qualified for a 3rd line at no cost, but we had to use a device that was already paid off. However, I was told to keep checking with them because different promotions are offered through the year. Well, in November I stopped at the TMobile store on Northpoint Parkway to see what they had to offer me. The free 3rd line was available, so I asked the salesman if I needed a device that was already paid off, like I was told months before at different stores. He said that it wasn’t true, and that other representatives/salesperson did not know what they were talking about. He assured me that I could add a new phone with a 24 month contract and still get the free line! He seemed so knowledgeable and convincing that I believed him. He also told me that the promotion was ending that day. It was a big fat lie! I’m still being charged for the 3rd line. A TMobile online representative and a supervisor contacted the store and the salesperson denied that he lied. I strongly suggest costumers to avoid this store. Another suggestion is to talk to a TMobile representative online before heading to any store, that way, you avoid being scammed by a dishonest salesperson.

Dave was awesome! I came in for an upgrade and Dave assisted me. Unfortunately, the phone I wanted, S22, was not in stock. However, he gave great insight on the Samsung phone offerings

Worst customer service ever!! Staff is rude and not knowledgeable on policies. Will advise that you try another TMobile store or a different carrier altogether. I am appalled at the lack of courteousness… Never have I ever from ANY merchant felt this way!

earlier we took two prepaid phone numbers, and later we had to switch to another tariff and add one more line to ours. Karina A. helped us a lot, she did a great job, gave a lot of information and personal time. She was not lazy in our matter, very competent and hardworking. Thanks a lot Karina A.

The worst costumer service i was waiting for the next available tmobile sales person. And they were all on their phone texting, never one came up to me and ask me what i needed. I was there for like 20 mns.

Today I had to get a new SIM card for the switch from Sprint that I had for over 20 years. Quan, Jamie and the staff worked like a well oiled machine. What should have taken 10 minutes took 1 1/2 hours. Here’s what was amazing… My issue was strange and time consuming. During that same period, another customer was being helped in Spanish. And at least 3-4 customers came and went. Because they were patient, calm and able to hand off tasks to each other as needed, so were all of the customers. They cared that we were all taken care of. I will continue to use & recommend this store!
