T-Mobile might be the most fraudulent company I have ever had the displeasure of using. I had cancelled their internet and switched to Verizon. After reaching out multiple times, I now owe an extra $220.00 because they are shady and won’t cancel my internet. I’d like to breakdown why you shouldn’t use their service, both for internet and for Wi-Fi… and hopefully save you some hair.1. Verizon internet may be cheaper in your area, and is twice as fast (evident for me at least).2. Their customer service is lackluster: long times on phone with people who have no idea how to help you.3. Hard to cancel: They are a pain in the rear to cancel with. Has to be over the phone, this is an issue because #2.4. Their cellular service is lackluster as well. I have been a customer of three service providers between growing up, moving out, and as an adult. Nothing has come close to as spotty and inconsistent as t-mobile.

A local T-Mobile franchise. My wife and we're happy to find this T-Mobile store local to us. So many times the full corporate stores do not have time for simple questions or problems. This is a knowledgeable, friendly place. Give them a shot. Located very conveniently on Atlanta Highway, or 9.

I’ve had great experiences with Elizabeth here as she’s helped me with all my needs. She has an answer to every question and she’s also bilingual with Spanish. I enjoy this store as Elizabeth has helped me every time and she’s given me the best advice for my plan as I’ve saved time and money with her. Make sure you ask for Elizabeth or any other employee here.T-Mobile has been the best cell phone provider I’ve had. Their prices for the family phone plans are amazing for what they offer. This store especially makes my experience with T-Mobile even better.

Not sure why T-Mobile offers Tuesday gifts to customers? If you go to this store after 5 pm the standard reply we get is out of stock ! It’s now 3 times in a row freebies such as umbrella,flashlight,and now earth bag are being told out of stock after 5 pm.

Haven't been to the store, but their network is decent. Fast 4g/5g and their Ultra Capacity is available across the country in urban areas. I am not a direct T-Mobile customer, but I'm with Mint Mobile, which uses the T-Mobile network.

The store manager (short African American Gentleman) is extremely disrespectfull and aggressive because he was not honest about a promotion when I went back to the store. The manager almost tried to assault me and used vulgar languages and told me to leave the store. The mgr told me this is my store but in fact he is an employee only. My intention was only to talk to him to understand the promotion. There was no reson for this kindl of behaviour. I have been with the company for over 19 years. Currently pursuing anotheer media to file the complain with Corporate office. This manager should not be employed in the store.

Corie and Tina are fantastic. We typically purchase our phones from Costco, but their service, patience, and professional is much better even after the sale. We are lucky to have their so close by. Even if further away, they are worth the trip.

Tina was absolutely amazing, guiding us through multiple issues. She was very patient and explained in detail everything we needed to know and explaining our options. Tina handled more than 1 issue at a time, talking to to representatives on our elevated issue, and at the same time, easily answering our questions. I'm very appreciative of her time and expertise. When I buy another phone, it will be from het.

Awful costumer service, I went to this store Friday November 19, I was tried very bad, is one only one person , I forget his name , but he treatments so bad , in another word he refused to serve me , and told me I have to call TMobile customer services , when I was call he told me I have to wait outside, because he was hungry and need to eat , I did went outside when I was calling, t mobile but another customer walk in and he told me “see , because you I need to stay longer , he was aggressive, “ I can’t believe how people like him work in the customer services , Unfortunately I don’t know his name , but was the only person in that store that day .
