If I could have written this review without any or a negative rating I would have done so. My wife and I stopped at the store in Alpharetta, GA on 8/7. There were none of the item that we wanted in stock. The guy told us that they were in stock at the warehouse and we should have them within 4 days, so we purchased (2).
As of 8/13, they still have not shipped from the warehouse in TX. The store now has (4) in stock, but I am not driving an hour each way to the store to go pick them up.
When I called the warehouse, I was told they have orders since 8/5 that still have not shipped yet, but ours is supposed to ship out today. Take notes from Amazon people!
No wonder more people are shopping Amazon and not brick and mortar. The Container Store has lost any future business from me!!

This store is awesome! Caroline was super helpful while we were shopping for all the dorm things. She checked on us several times throughout our shopping trip and recommended several items for us. We will definitely be back!

I went to the Alpharetta Container Store yesterday morning. There were lots of people with lots of items and some had problems that needed extra attention, myself included in that category. Kudos to Marley, the very competent and pleasant young woman who was tasked with the job of juggling it all. She was the only staff member out front but managed to handle all our needs deftly and with grace and good humor. The way she did what she could for a customer, then moved to help someone else, all the while acknowledging everyone and keeping them informed, was very impressive. She kept things moving in such a way that every customer felt his/her needs were being addressed as quickly as possible.Your store is fortunate to have an employee who is bright, adaptable, and also understands the value of communication. The end result - happy customers who’ll most likely return!

I had my first Elfa walk in closet designed and installed in 2014.
When I sold that place in 2019, I took some of the best of that closet with me to my new place n designed a whole new walk in. Even included a desk in it.
Recently I’ve been working to expend the design. Of course I’m working with the old Elfa design and decorator finishing edge components are scarce.
I’ve been able to re organize and expand the design with the help of Hein. She’s help me collect the right components and hunted down scarce decorator edges to complete my project. The result is a walk in just as nice looking as my first Elfa closet designed back in 2014.
Kudos to Hein!
